Been to Five guys dozens and dozens of times over the years. Food is always exactly the same…. but thats exactly what I love about it.

This Five guys experience was exceptionally better than all the rest, mostly due in part to the front man running the store. Full of energy, extremely kind & he even RAN my order over to me. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but I made a point I would be putting him in my review. 10/10 keep up that energy.

Placed an order for pick up. Guy was nice over the phone but still had to wait on order when arriving to the location. Got home to find my $12 bacon cheeseburger had 2 quarter strips of BURNT bacon on it. First off, $12 for ONE burger with no sides or drink is crazy, but getting all the way home to find some black burnt bacon on the sandwich ruined it. Never again!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a five guys. My bun was burnt and milkshake wasn’t ready until 8 mins after my food. We were the only ones there and there was 4 people working. I got my shake and it was disgusting. I got the coffee shake and it was dark brown and had so much coffee that it was basically a thick black coffee. No one understands English and they couldn’t understand what was wrong. NEVER AGAIN

Five guys locations can be hit or miss, this one is HITTING, consistently. We probably come here 2-3 times a month and never have had a bad experience. Restaurant is always clean and the food is always delicious. Anxiously awaiting the return of the candy cane milkshake.

First time having five guys in years. It’s the closest thing we have to In N Out on the east coast. When did five guys become expensive? Kid’s menu cheeseburger and fries for over $15? It ain’t worth that for fast food. It’s pretty good but I’d rather go to a proper pub for that price.

This was my son’s choice for his 9th bday and I was impressed.
This was the best 5 guys we have been to in a very long time. The crew working on 2/24/25 around 4pm was the sweetest crew we have encountered and the burgers were delicious. Great service!
