Food was great. Service was on par with expectations. Not a long wait after a counter order. Friendly staff. I would return again. Only downside is the peanuts they give out while you wait tend to be tossed on the floor at times or left on tables. Otherwise a great experience. I had a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a shake. Got me for about $25. Little bit higher then your typical fast food place but the food was fresh and not full of artificial crap.

Fast, food’s consistent. Burgers are what you order – new york, line style. Delicious. Fries are greasy but as expected, as is their reputation. Love the Cajun fries.
Soda wise they have one of the selection machines so the choice is yours.

I don’t know what’s going on here. Went in, ordered food. Nobody was in line. I don’t know if I’m just old (31) but all the young boys working just seemed extremely stoned. The cashier lacked in social skills. The young kid working the grill was smashing the burgers so hard with the spatula it was concerning. I paid with a card but wanted to leave cash for the tip. I asked the cashier to break the $20 and he was so confused. Called the manager over twice. Asked for a $10 $5 and 5 $1. He gave me back a $10 and two $5. Put a five in the tip jar and walked away.
The food came out and it was so dry. Bun was stale. I remember getting five guys and it being that bad for you, greasy food you want but know you shouldn’t have. This was far from it. Fries were cold and the burgers were a disappointment . For $40 it’s sad that the quality of food has declined so much. The boys were lit but the food wasn’t.

The front entrance was closed, weirdly sending everyone thru the side door, made ordering line confusing. I had newbies with me and it was an acceptable experience, except they never gave us the shake that was ordered and we were out of the parking lot before I noticed – slightly disappointing but also our own fault.

Absolutely trash spot. Always runs out of items and cancels uber/door dash orders. How are you a hamburger joint and run out of buns? Insane. Has happened several times without showing promise of fixing their issue. Needs new management and maybe someone who actually cares to work for this business

Tried to order again, insane that I have to call prior to make sure they have buns. My order came with small fries instead of large and I never received my 2 strawberry milkshakes. You should invest in auditing your own locations instead of looking into more of my feedback.

Not sure what’s going on at this Five Guys, but the prices are too high for mistakes like this. Fries came out burnt, and when I asked for new ones, I waited over 15 minutes and still never got them ({they were given to someone else) I ended up finishing my burger with no fries. I get that people might be in training, but customers shouldn’t be pay full price, charge me trainee pricing for this. Lady who was working there was nice and professional, the rest were pretty dead inside and making misrake after mistake. Watching a whole table STILL inside waiting on their correction as well. Pretty disappointing experience overall, really came there for the fries. If you know then you know.

Four employees working for 2 customers in the establishment. Not a single word was spoken to me by one employee. I just say stuff and get no response from anyone. They just made faces and stared at me like I wasn’t supposed to be there at 8:04pm when they close at 10pm. 1 of the 2 customers waiting for food looked at the girl prepping the food and said out loud, “she ain’t happy, she ain’t happy”. The bun on my burger was stale. The bacon tasted like it was cooked and recooked 3 times. The cheese was unmelted and artificial looking. It was worse than a dog treat. The fries were way too greasy. My takeout bags were soaking wet with grease couldn’t even set them down anywhere. 1 staff member emerged from the back and in an unsanitary practice used his T-shirt to remove a piece of the grill and take it to the back for cleaning. Likely having bacteria and bathroom particles on his shirt that he used to pick up hot grill components to bring to the back and clean, doing so with a smug satisfied look, like he was proud to cut corners and be unsanitary. I had tipped $1 in the online order portal and I truly regret. I wasn’t even told to have a good night, just no words from 4 employees, dirty looks, and disgusting excuses for food. I would literally never come to this place again. A burger place and the bun is stale, literally a joke. This place should not be open, let alone pay 4 rude, miserable, and incompetent employees to stand around and be rude / disrespectful to paying customers. This establishment should be an embarrassment to the owner(s).

Always a solid burger. Try the grilled jalapenos to add. The must try item on the menu is the vanilla bacon milkshake though. It’s so american, that it feels like George Washington himself is crossing the Delaware River on Christmas Night in 1776 to orally please you right before defeating the British. I assume it’s the taste that this country was founded on. God bless bacon and God bless the United States of America.
