What a fun, entertaining atmosphere! And the Fries are some of the best you will ever have! The counter staff are warm, friendly and highly energetic. The local manager does a great job and all of the workers look and act like a team! Don’t forget the burgers which are so good, you’ll drop your diet!!!

First time at this location. Super clean. Nice open space, tables aren’t too close to each other. Great service. I like the layout with the sacks of fresh potatoes out. Large food portions. Delicious burgers and fries. The bread was a little on the dry side for me but overall the food was delicious. Great selection of toppings to choose from.

So I went there to order two plain burger patties… It took almost 20 minutes… For two plain burger Patties… It was really hard for them to understand what I was asking… I have a gluten Allergen and all I needed was two plain patties with nothing on them near them anything. Also ordered a little fry and a separate bag for my wife. I felt dizzy and I needed to eat so it was an emergency thing. They called number after number after number, but not mine. Finally they go with order number. I tell them after they already serve four people, and they pretty much forgot about me. My burgers were made, and just sitting because when the employee asked the other one, he acknowledged that they were ready. This by far was the absolute worst customer service and way I’ve ever dealt with. And the fact that I really needed to eat was even worse that they literally did not give me my food when I was ready

Order online, order over the phone, or order in person and this five guys will find a way to screw you up. They forgot a whole burger on my last order and I was given the wrong order today. They offer a credit if you come back in but then don’t remember or it is a different person. Check your order thoroughly before leaving.

Bacon cheese burgers. Ok and decent size. Fries served very hot, as requested, but weren’t crisp at all. Fairly limp. Unpeeled skin ( hope it’s scrubbed before cutting). Large fries is VERY large btw. Way too much for 2 people.

Front counter worker was loud and energetic. You can tell she loves her job. Service was quick and food was made to order. First time having a hot dog here and it was delicious! Large dining room with plenty of tables. 2 Coke Freestyle machines with all the flavors in stock unlike other fast food joints. Large, clean restrooms are available. Great overall experience!

We picked up dinner here on our way home from work. I ordered ahead online. When I arrived I proceeded to the pick up spot. Not a single person assisted me. After about 5 min of me trying to get someone’s attention I decided to just wait in line and ask the cashier, smh No organization. Also they forgot our condiments on our burgers. Sad 🙁
