1250 Hancock St. Quincy, MA 02169 is the best-tasting Five Guys I’ve ever experienced!! Their food, including their awesome “Cajun Fries” are just awesomely tasty and seasoned just right! This Five Guys is what I reward myself with after a hard day and their standard of food cooking and delivery never disappoint me! Do yourself a favor, a savory wonderful food favor and eat there. I’ve been to Five Guys locations across the country and never had a complaint until I found this one. Ordered my $13 burger and a small fry. The counter staff then proceeded to place my burger and fry in the bag and then dumped 2 extra trays of fries in. Now I’m aware that’s part of the experience, but they dumped so many hot fries into my bag I couldn’t even get my burger out. And when I did, it wasn’t full wrapped and fell into pieces into the bag. $13 burger turned into assembly required.

Service and food was not what I normally expected from a normal place I frequently visit. My first time at this location. The young guy taking our order obviously did not hear us clearly when taking our order. I ordered a single bacon cheese burger for my wife and she gets a bacon cheese burger that comes with 2 burgers. Our friend placed her order and wanted just a cheeseburger and she received a cheeseburger with the works. A very sloppy sandwich. Not to complain or make a scene we did not say anything. Her son had said that the whole time we sat there eating our messed up orders complaining among ourselves not for them to hear, he noticed their crew kept watching us. As if they never had customers dining in or something making the situation uncomfortable. We were the only customers dining in at this time. We will never return to this location.

I do love Five Guys, but this location in Randolph has been one of the better ones I’ve been to. From the last couple times I went there, they’ve been super consistent with order accuracy and having the food cooked all the way through. They repeat the order when placing it to make sure everything is correct, which is something I think most of not all fast food restaurants should use. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with the service and food from this Five Guys. Next time that I’m in Randolph, this place will definitely be my go-to lunch spot.
