Food is really overpriced for $52. Donnell messed up my order. Burger was dry and bland. Fries were cold and very greasy. This place used to be one of the best Five Guys in the area but the drop in quality puts them in last place imo.

– Ridiculously slow: Four people making burgers and my order of one burger with fries took 20 minutes. In my book, that’s long.
– Prices are getting silly. I know they are popular and allegedly one of the best fast-food chain burgers in Boston but $10 for a burger and $5 for fries are not fast-food prices. Certainly, the experience is not that of a restaurant. People standing all over the place waiting, the guy shouting numbers behind the counter, dirty tables.
– They throw the fries into the carrying bag like you throw food for an animal in the wild. Not even a box to keep them separate from the rest of the meal, all their grease seeping through and staining whatever it gets into contact with.

While the burgers are decent, they are super greasy and SUPER expensive!! Be careful when ordering.

Fresh, juicy, tasty, clean. All you would expect from a Five Guys.
Had the bacon cheeseburger, it was great, had enough cheese to actually taste like a cheeseburger, the patties were perfectly cooked. Very satisfied. Only thing that could be improved in my opinion is toasting the buns to add some crunch and protect the bread from the juicy patties.

When we ordered, the bill seemed too high. Back at the table we reviewed the receipt and determined the employee charged us each item individually instead of adding $6 for the meal. A substantial increase of the sale. Also, the hamburgers were greasy.

This five guys was OK but the service was really inconsistent. I came in here twice while I happened to be in town and while it was pretty good the first time the second time they got my order wrong and actually looked at me like I was crazy because the mistake was made at the register and they gave me what it said on the ticket. Again it’s fine but very inconsistent.

I called ahead to order a bacon cheeseburger with fries and arrived about 20mins later to pick-up-the food wasn’t ready. Although the wait time in-store was about 5mins I felt it should have been ready and they forgot to put mayo&ketchup and the burger needed it badly it was so flavorless. The cashier was warm and had great customer service with a smile. the establishment was clean and cool making dine-in comfortable being it was a hot day.
