It is a great burger place. Peanuts are superb. Staff is well trained, know what they’re doing, and customer service oriented. Always kind to me. It is what is with a correct cost and atmosphere.

This is a bizzarely bad Five Guys. My wife and I were just craving Five guys on our way home last night so we stopped by, and I can safely say it’s the worst Five guys we ever had. The onions on my burger were insufficientlt grilled. The fries were really undersalted. It was generally lacking in flavor. Oh and they have a tip screen . . . for fast food, that’s just obnoxious.

Peanuts are salty and delicious, and I like them because I can eat as much as I want. Burger seems to be similar to the taste of other brands. There are various kinds of flavors in a beverage machine.

So many times, against my better judgment, I’ve decided, you know what I could really go for a cheeseburger. I’ve tried at least 10 times over the past 3 years to place and online order at this location, and no joke, I have never been able to successfully order. It’s either “unavailable’,” something went wrong”, ” unable to process” or” sorry we are not taking online orders at this time”. And every time I say, I’m done with this place. But they do have good burgers it’s just a shame I’m never able to purchase one! The last time I went there and ordered in person (a few years ago) was such an absolute disaster and definitely a lesson learned. I’ll try again next year

Five guys if generally a five star place for me. Great burgers, great hot dogs.. Amazing fries. Stopped here for lunch and after we ordered, I heard the cashier repeat what we needed to the guys in the back wrong.. Specifically the amount of patties..I tried explaining that to her.. She told me to check the receipt..I told her she rang it right, just shouted it out to the guys at the grill wrong and told her what she yelled and she just looked at me like a deer looking at head lights.. Ended up waiting 15 minutes longer than usual while hearing five orders after us get their stuff so it was obvious her mistake delayed our order. Other than the delay, great place.

Food quality isn’t worth the price. There are much better burgers and fries in the area for what five guys provides.
$5.00 for a small fry while they’re just scooping the old, cold fries from the bottom of the basket and dumping seasoning on it isn’t fresh and not worth the cost.

This is a goddamned epidemic with Five Guys: they don’t do glove changes. They grab raw burgers, toss them on the grill, then immediately grab buns and fresh ingredients with the same raw meat gloves and build a sandwich.
