Five Guys is a good restaurant especially the fresh, made-to-order burgers and I loved the fact that I could customize my toppings. The quality of the patties and the toppings was good and above all I loved the generous portions of fresh-cut fries. However, the food is a little pricey compared to other fast-food chains.

I came in today 6.2.24 and really enjoyed myself with my boyfriend and brother in law. Place is clean, people were friendly great customer service. I’m a little picky with my cheeseburger and they literally did it as I had requested. Thank you to the wonderful team at this location, but especially to the Manager, Miguel who made sure my food was the way I wanted. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location!

Disappointed in the amount of fries given recently. Unsure if this is a new thing they’re doing to lower food amount but you increased prices. I used to pay $15 for what now cost $25. That’s ok… but less food as well? Disappointed. Definitely lost my business

Burgers cooked as desired and fresh. Fries hot and fresh. Service was poor. No line however workers just chatting so took over 20 .in for food to be ready. Also fountain soda machine wasn’t working right and workers wouldn’t fix. Ketchup not filled.
This was my second time here over last month where service was also bad. All previous visits at this location usually good so likely new workers don’t care or take pride in working here. Not indicative of regular 5 guys service.

Absolutely love this five guys or three guys and two girls or two guys and three girls establishment. They’re excellent at what they do and super friendly to you, whether you’re a first time five guys and fries rookie or an old time vet up at the order. Regardless, this is a spot I highly recommend, despite the haters, and plan on returning again for another burger or five

Franklin Five Guys is my favorite location I’ve ever been to. The manager Samantha is always kind, efficient and helpful. She encourages her team to be the same way. Any time that there has been a misunderstanding/mistake with my order, they are always understanding and eager to fix it. The restaurant is always clean, tidy, and orderly.
You can really tell Samantha and her team care deeply about their performance and most importantly their customers experience. 10/10 for Franklin Five guys 🙂

Basically, our food got stolen by our doordash driver and we didn’t know, so my boyfriend went to the store to pick it up since the driver said it was taking “too long” and had to take other orders. Even though someone else took off with $60+ worth of our food, the staff here was super nice to my boyfriend and remade them all for us (literally RIGHT before closing too) They didn’t have to do that, so I would definitely say the staff here went above and beyond
