Great food and staff is pleasant. However, every time we put in a mobile order, something is missing. Sometimes it’s a sandwich or burger bowl not just a topping or condiment missing. Super frustrating especially since this is one of the few places our picky eater likes so just double check your takeout orders before leaving the restaurant.

This is our go to burger place and I think it’s probably the only healthier and less greasy option in the area, at least for me. I usually get bunless burger in a bowl. I think they are usually busy, sometimes they miss my extra patty etc., but overall I’m happy with the food and service.

I’ve been here a few times now and I am never disappointed. They keep the bathroom clean too! Top notch staff! Always a smile you are greeted with and tremendous effort. They are also beautiful! Ordered online and gave them my name when I walked in . They said ok and we sat down to wait. After about 30 minutes of waiting with my 8 year old I asked about my food. Took them another 10 minutes to get the fries cooked. Once home my burger was not very hot and since they put it in the bag sideways all the cheese slid off the burger. One of the employees did say sorry for the wait when handing me the food.

we come here to see my two year old sons great grandmother she loves eating here and so do we. The workers go above and beyond and its appreciated they all should get a raise for being so kind and courteous. My son was running around like a 2 year old does he was met with smiles and crayons thank you guys so much ❤️

The service was very friendly. But, I ordered a veggie melt. The bread was so soggy that the grilled veggies would not stay in the bun. I had to eat the veggies with a fork. Not worth the $6 ….

What happened to this place? I’ve lived in Canton since 2012 and this was my go-to burger place, but the quality of service has dropped off significantly. Ordered online, told it’d be ready in 7-12 minutes, and 35 minutes later I’m still waiting for my food (along with several other people). The young girl behind the counter was doing her best, but the other women working were the definition of apathy. I don’t mind spending $40+ dollars for 3 burgers and fries, but I do mind service that makes me feel as if my order is an inconvenience to them. I’ll be going elsewhere for my burgers going forward.
