When you enter Five Guys you are immediately greeted with “Welcome”. The staff is extremely friendly and the burgers are always juicy. You choose your “base” burger and then there are 15 other toppings you can add at no additional cost (no limit to the number of toppings you can choose). We love the Cajun fries and their fries portions are larger than expected. They typically fill the size of the fries container and then drop additional in the bag. They use peanut oil to cook the fries and they give out free peanuts. Their milkshakes are wonderful as well and they have a Coca-Cola freestyle so you have a lot of drink options. The last time we went in someone grabbed our bag off the counter. They expedited remaking the meal and offered a free milkshake for the trouble. Great customer service!

The food tonight 2/14, wasn’t being cooked properly and it looked very gross and overcooked. Leaving the burger there on the counter and five minutes later wraps it up the bacon was very over cooked and not hot. Very upsetting experience.

So disappointing ordered a pickup of 1 regular fry and 1 large Cajun fry to receive semi-filled portions and soggy undercooked fries non-loose in the bag. This location needs quality control! Yes, I’m angry, I’ve spent and wasted hard-earned money, and on top of that, it was a pregnancy craving. I left comments on the app and reordered from one closer to home since I still want my fries.

I took ONE bite of my burger, thought it had a lot of bacon and opened it uo to investigate to find THEY DIDNT EVEN ADD A PATTY TO MY BURGER. THIS IS TWO BITES WORTH OF A PATTY. It literally looks like they took a sliver of left over meat from another burger and used it as mine. RESTAURANT WONT EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE.

Definitely the best burger place around. Always fresh and cooked to perfection. The fries are great and they give you a lot. The Andover location is always very clean and the workers do a great job.
