i went at 11:30 am and the dining room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a week. there was like 6 people working and somebody should of wiped down the tables and swept and moped the floor. the tables were all sticky. i was going to eat there but i took the food with me. they were only open for 30 mins before i went in. other then that the food was good but a turn off because of the mess so i dont know if ill go back to this location.

I love this place. It’s absolutely divine. The consistency of the bacon cheeseburger is exquisite. The fries are immaculate. The vanilla milkshake is a blessing to your tastebuds. I highly recommend this place!

I’m usually not the one to say anything about small stuff but the experience I had I feel needs to be shared. I ordered two burgers and a fry. Simple things added. There was about 7 people working the front, and I believe someone cleaning in the back. I waited about 15 minutes, it was busy (door dash and to go orders), so understandable. Both of my burgers got messed up, one missing a patty and the other had tomatoes instead of pickles. I don’t mind that as much. I came back in and asked if I could just be given a patty on its own to add to one of the burgers since I did pay for two, it wasn’t busy anymore. I said not to rush and I was polite, as I’ve worked in food service for years I wasn’t expecting it instantly. The dude who helped me said “yeah” walked away. Preceded to not tell anyone else about it and just laugh off with his coworkers. I waited 10 minutes for the patty, someone else had come and help me at that time because the dude I asked walked into the back. There didn’t seem to be any management and half of the workers were just sitting there, including the dude I had asked to grab me a patty.. I feel there needs to be management at night or just a better hiring process because small issues like this are ridiculous. Especially since five guys pays pretty well for a food service job…

Update to review: Dont know if the owner was the working manager or a manager was hired, but night and day service and atmosphere from my review last month (written below). New employees were being led properly by manager, upbeat mood and efficient. Employee at milkshake machine very polite. Will delete review experience below if this turns out not to be a fluke…… Employees don’t know how to think ahead and multitask. Bear minimum mindsets. No sense of urgency. Minimum wage appropriate. 7-12min online order was 30-40min.

It was very good. There was 7 in our party, all enjoyed it throughly. Everyone got a burger and fries they were all cooked to perfection.I had a chocolate shake with bacon and whipped cream, it was a great savory sweet combo.
