The staff here at this Five Guys are essentially nice people. Zach took my order and was helpful and has a fun expressive personality. Ashley made my burger and cared enough to ask me if she put enough mushrooms and onions on it, and wanted to make sure it was just how I wanted it. Great folks; I will not hesitate to drive a little out of my way to come here again the next time I’m driving through this part of Massachusetts.

The food is always amazing. It’s just that when I went there was only two people sitting at the tables but I couldn’t find a clean table to sit down at every table was filthy had trash on them. Peanut shells soda stains and there was nobody bothering to come and clean the tables for the customers to sit down… I wanted to dine in but looks like I’ll be taking my food to go

Food took forever, which no longer makes this place a “fast food” restaurant. There was no coke in any of the machines and I was not told that when I order my drink. The place was filthy! Not one single table was clean! The floors was full or food and trash. Worst five guys I have ever been to. Will go to another location next time.

It was very good. There was 7 in our party, all enjoyed it throughly. Everyone got a burger and fries they were all cooked to perfection.I had a chocolate shake with bacon and whipped cream, it was a great savory sweet combo.

The last time I went to a five guys the food was really good.. This time the fries tasted like they were heated up from the day before and the milkshake tasted like chemicals. The burgers were good though.

Ordered online and food was ready approximately 10 minutes later than online time provided. Service was a plus for fast food restaurant but communication was lacking as the staff’s focus was on getting food produced. For a fast food burger, Five Guys is one of the best in my opinion. Interestingly the burgers were over cooked compared to all other Five Guys I have eaten at. But it made them less greasy and the flavor was still very good.
