I placed my order around 9:30 PM and came to the store at 9:45 PM. Understandably the staff was frustrated because the restaurant was still packed with people. However, When I came in, I was on the phone with my husband, confirming what he got on his Burger and what we ordered. We ordered a large cajun fries And two burgers. While on the phone employee kept yelling at me trying to get my attention and I told him just to give me one second as I was ending the call. I looked inside my bag. We ordered a large fries, which usually fills up the bag, but we got like a small. I asked for extra fries, but nobody can understand what I was asking for. The only person who treated me nicely was the person in the front who made our milkshakes. I’m very disappointed. I’ve been coming here since I was 10 and now have been coming here with my family, and this has been a very disappointing interaction. I am pregnant and I just had a craving. I got home, looked at our burgers and they put pickles on both of our burgers Which was not asked for. I didn’t even eat my burger, I can’t stand the taste or smell of it especially while pregnant. I am very, very disappointed at this point I would drive to The Shrewsbury Five Guys Although that’s 20 minutes out out of my way instead of going to the one that’s five minutes down the road from my house. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I’ve been to countless burger joints around the world, but the Five Guys in Marlborough, just west of Boston, stands out every time. Now, I’m not sure if it’s my personal enthusiasm for the Five Guys chain – arguably one of the best out there for burgers, fries, and shakes – or if it’s just this specific location. Either way, this place consistently delivers top-notch service and food.
Five Guys is known for its perfectly crispy fries and juicy burgers, and this store takes it to another level. The service here is always on point, and the food is made fresh, just like you’d expect. Sure, I’ve seen a few negative reviews from frustrated keyboard warriors, angry because their pickles were soft or their fries weren’t as piping hot as they’d like. But seriously, are we really seeking revenge for things like that? Get a life and let these hardworking people keep doing what they do best!
Every time I visit, I leave happy, full, and impressed with both the quality of the food and the friendly service. Thanks, Five Guys in Marlborough, for always being the best. If you’re in the area, skip the delivery and experience it in person – you won’t regret it.

Great place for a burger. Can be busy and not the fastest fast food joint but the food is cooked to order while you wait. Burgers and especially the hot dogs are great and they have free peanuts as a snack in their shells.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Five Guys. I have ordered the same customized meal multiple times in the past—beef patties and cheese only—due to dietary restrictions. However, when I attempted to place my order in the same way, the cashier refused to accommodate my request. I tried to explain that this was a special dietary need and pointed out that this option is listed in the “other” section of the menu, which many managers have previously assisted me with. Despite my efforts, she refused to take the order and told me that there was no manager on duty to help, leaving me feeling frustrated and disregarded. I ended up having to go to another restaurant nearby that was willing to cater to my needs. This experience has left me very disappointed with Five Guys’ lack of flexibility and customer service.

Just way too expensive for the price. Got a cheeseburger, it was kind of flavorless. The milkshake was super airy and tasted fine, but felt cheap for the price tag. The fries were good – I got the cheapest option – but I got like 5-6x more than I ever could have eaten. I just don’t get the hype.

They forgot the shake on a pickup order, AND mushrooms on a burger. This was for four meals. After calling and trying to get the refund, they said we had to go back in person. That’s a 20 minute drive, each way, to get customer service. No other company is this far back in time.
Not going back. Burgers were okay, but their service made it all more diuretic. That’s a challenge for most companies but not this one.

Five guys has the best fries period end of story. Sometimes you just gotta have the fries! The burger is made to order and is always good. If its not the way you like it they make another for free. Recommend!!
