The best fries around especially in the Cajun seasoning. The burgers are always great they have a really tasty bbq sauce and the burgers are hot and fresh off the grill.

New Years Day: dinner time – huge thank you to the woman running expo/aboyeur (putting together the orders/organizing/handing them to customers). Shes ALSO cooking/serving all the French fries simultaneously. She moved like lightening, made sure all orders were correct, and had to announce the orders to the customers who are lost in a daze or on their phones. The entire crew was absolutely cranking out delicious food. They were keeping up with the huge volume of orders. Impressive. Well done. I wish there was a tip jar at the pick up area. She couldn’t stop working long enough for me to try and hand off a tip. Next time. (I did tip on the pick up order online).

Honestly I don’t frequent 5 guys due to prices but I was hungry & didn’t want Mcdonald’s. A choice I quickly regretted. As someone who doesn’t go here I asked person at register what a patty melt was & was told “a grill cheese with a burger patty”
honestly she acted like I was bothering her. I asks if there was a small combo (fries drink) she shoved a cup in my hand & gave me total. Apparently she had already rung it up.
I simply paid. my “patty melt” was soggy & gross. cheese was like the cheese you get at movies with nachos. I only got 1 bite.
so to recap.. customer service horrible

I was the entire day without eating and I just stop in this location and plop. My hot dog had hair inside, I tried even to take it out but it was so long that I throw everything in the garbage. The service was good, but in the kitchen they were playing around too much. Anyways, I’m disappointed.

Food is great. $14 and change is a bit much for a burger and small fry, no drink… staff was great. If you take it to go, its the 2nd best reason to keep paper towels in your vehicle

Initial visit to this location, just got a peanut butter shake. Was 130pm, but they were still quite busy like they were still in a lunch rush. Took 10 minutes to get my shake. It was good but for $6 I wish it was a little bigger.

When you run a promotion, you need to be prepared for the volume of orders you receive. We went for the BOGO burger promo and placed our order on line. When we got there at the specified pick up time they had not even started the order. They a group of on line orders on the side that they had put there and forgot about. I admit that they were trying but the inefficiencty was clear. Then they forgot an item in my order. This was supposed to make up for the poor service during in the birthday promotion. It in my opinion went worse this time.

Horrible customer service. Calling and ordering ahead does not make a difference, you’ll be ignored while staff are chit chatting when you go in to pickup your food. I do not recommend this establishment.

This location was very dirty, food all over the floor, no clean tables, I had to clean a table off so we could use it. It wasn’t busy but the wait for our food was longer than it should have taken. Our order was wrong as well, ordered a burger and got a cheese burger with all the wrong topping as well. My burger was missing some of the toppings I ordered.
