I absolutely loved this place. I dined outside and had a beautiful view of the sunset on the lake. The salad bar was better than I have had at some supper clubs. My food was perfectly prepared and delicious. My waiter was engaging and gave great recommendations.

I wanted to like this place but there was just a few too many things wrong for me to give it 5 stars. I loved the atmosphere, it’s right in the lake and the landscaping is really pretty. The staff were very friendly. The menu had a good variety and all the staples you’d want to see at a bar like this. The brandy old fashioned was EXCELLENT. The food was underwhelming and the portion sizes were very small, especially for the price. The quality of the food was okay, not bad but definitely not great. The bloody Mary was not good, very salty.

Realty nice and scenic outdoor space. (They have indoor, too.) But the water front is awesome. Service was outstanding. Food was solid. Coconut shrimp was perfectly done. And a great burger. Some very good beers on tap, and available in cans/bottles as well. This can be a romantic spot as well.

Absolutely amazing fish fry! 3 very big pieces, bread and butter, fantastic salad bar and beer batter fries. Service was exceptional, super nice and always stopping by to make sure we’re doing 8good. Definitely going to be back and hopefully be hungry enough to try their huge ice cream sundae for dessert.

5⭐️ — Tuesday fish fry at Fitz’s on the Lake was fantastic. I got the haddock combo (baked + fried) for $15 and it was spot-on—lightly breaded, flaky, and delicious. Sweet-potato fries were perfectly crispy (hence… gone). Hailey was wonderful and the lake view can’t be beat. Paired it with a fresh, cold English IPA—chef’s kiss. Highly recommend!

Love the dockside dining. Nice place to chill. Good food. The fluffy pink stuff next to the peaches is NOT ambrosia!! It’s cheese. Don’t take a giant scoop like i did. Whoops.

Weird experience. Pros- broccoli and carrots, salad bar were good. Drinks with rum only tasted like pineapple and OJ. Food, haddock was warm, coconut shrimp over cooked, Mac and cheese , sauce was broken and soupy. We had 6 people, first time there. Resturant seemed nice and clean. Our server was pretty young and never came over to see if we needed anything. When food came out, it was 2 at a time, and time in between each trip. She asked at the 2nd round if we need something and I said um, maybe our food at the same time? She nodded and smiled. We saw her talking at the bar alot. One of us went up to the bar to order a grasshopper. When she came over, she told each couple how much we owed! No receipt? She nodded no. So then we had to each give her a card in front of everyone. She did not get a good tip and we will not return. We went early on Saturday, July 28. Not busy. Really, is this customary?

The service was a bit slow but with the view I was happy to wait! The food was very good…not sure it was the best fish fry ever but very good. The calamari was perfect and the garden scramble was also very good!
