Fitoor has the best hookah in town but the food is what really sets it apart. Huge credit to Chef Faisal, The tandoori wings are easily the best I’ve ever had, and the grilled chicken over rice was incredible as well. Everything was flavorful and perfectly cooked. Definitely a must try.

Fitoor Cafe & Grill absolutely blew me away. The hookah was amazing, smooth, and easily one of the best I have had in a long time. The food was out of this world, honestly the best late night food I have ever had, especially for a lounge. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and far beyond what I expected.
The service was super fast and everyone was really friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The vibe and aesthetic inside are incredible too. It is relaxing, modern, and a great place to unwind.
Highly recommend. This place is a gem.

I’ve visited Fitoor Cafe & Grill Lounge many times before, and their service was always great. But this time, on Valentine’s Day, everything went wrong. First, when me & my friend arrived, no one greeted us. The inside was a complete mess—balloons everywhere, popping as people moved around, and the place looked like a chaotic brothel. Usually, I sit inside by the sofa area, but this time, when I tried, a server named Muddassir stopped me. He gestured for me to sit at a different table. When I asked why, he said the inside was reserved for a group of five or six and that only big groups could sit there. I’ve always sat there before, but this time, he insisted I stay at the other table. Then, when I sat down, the chair was broken it almost fell backward. My friend had to get another chair. After that, we ordered food, but even though there were hardly any people, it took over an hour to get it. The food quality was bad, I ordered one thing, and they brought a completely different dish. My drink was only half full. I ordered a pink lemonade and got a mint mojito. I even asked Muddassir about their O.D. burger, but he brought it anyway, even though I never ordered it. I also got extra fries, but he never told me the burger came with fries, so that was a surprise. After all this, it took them an hour and a half to bring the food. Everything was overpriced, and the vibe was just wrong like a brothel. I would not recommend this place to anyone, and this was my last time here. I will never come back.

Poorly vented area. The moment you walk in, the room itself is filled with smoke.
Upgrade your ventilation system! Revamp your place.
More importantly, the Hookah isn’t that good here, probably the worse one that I’ve had in NY.
I’ve been to so many places in Montreal and I don’t think any are this bad.
Not to mention they’re charging just as much as other Hookah places in NY.

I had such a great experience here! The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth every penny. I also want to highlight the guy who served me my food he was so sweet, polite. His kindness really made the visit even better. I appreciate great customer service, and he delivered it effortlessly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I visited Fitoor Cafe & Grill Lounge yesterday and had a very poor experience. The place was completely empty, yet after ordering food we waited over an hour and a half and nothing ever arrived, so we eventually left.
The hookah was low quality and not enjoyable at all. Service was disorganized and inattentive, and customer service overall was extremely disappointing. Communication was also an issue — it was difficult to get basic questions answered, which made the experience even more frustrating.
For a venue that charges premium prices, the level of service and quality should reflect that, and unfortunately it did not. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place to others.

Went there on a Sunday night with a friend. The atmosphere was great, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic! Ikram and Haider were very attentive and super nice! Ikram even provided us with a bunch of different games to keep us occupied while we waited for our hookah and food. He made great suggestions anywhere from which tea we should get all the way to dessert. Food was delicious and so were our milkshakes. Would recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be back again. Keep up the great work!

This place is such a vibe, it’s a cool laid back chill atmosphere. Has cool games, uno, cards, hookah (like really do, with great flavors) even if you didn’t order it, you are going to leave here nice.
Good parking outside, clean tables, the host is super nice, and well mannered. As soon as I walked into the door was so inviting and welcoming. Warm and cozy feel in the winter time. 5 TV’s so anywhere you sit you can watch one or even two. Definitely will be back….
