I was very impressed with the great level of service here. I placed my first order online, late Sunday. It wasn’t clear to me how to specify at which location I would like to pick-up my food. I went to the Eastside location and everyone I spoke to was very polite and professional. The cashier took time to understand my situation, a cook came out to update me on the status of my order, and the owner explained how the service worked and ensured I had a great experience.
More importantly, the food is really really good. I’ve used many other meal services and I’m very glad I gave Fit Fuel a try. The ingredients are of high quality and the food is well prepared. I got the feeling like everyone I dealt with here wanted me to have a good experience, and it works. I’ll definitely be back. It’s a crazy good value, the quality and time savings are tremendous. Highly recommend for anyone serious about improving their health or fitness outcomes.

What can I say about FitFuel Grill, the original meall prep in El Paso Texas. They have come along way from when they first started and they still keep changing the game. Mike Gracey literally started the meal prep game in EP and now every places tries to mirror what he has started. You seriously need to stop by and either pick up a meal or meals for the week, eat there, pick up a smoothie, a protein coffee , get a workout in at the mecca Showoffz then get that fuel your body needs. Promise you won’t be disappointed, your taste buds will thank you and so will your stomach and waistline.

Tried this place out trying to find a meal prep place and so I ordered the meal preps online and will never order from here again. The website gave me options of what times to pick up my meals so I selected one, and when I went in the food was not ready. It was my first time there and BRIAN at the counter was soooo extremely rude. He said my food was in the fridge and I saw some food in there and I asked “Is this it?” and he said “Well what does the bag say? Is your name on the bag?” And I told him no and he said “Well then that’s not your order is it?” He then looked up my order and I was rudely asked by him “Did you select this time or did it just give it to you?” and I said “I selected it” and he replied “Well that’s your first problem” like if it was MY fault their website sucks. He said my order would be ready the next day and I asked if I could just have a refund and he said, again extremely rude and like he didn’t care at all, “I can’t give you a refund here.” So I told him he was extremely rude and I would never go back there and he could have given me some customer service and he said “Well you were trying to walk out with someone else’s food” which I never was! I called and asked for the manager and he said she would be in the next day. The manager did call me that night and I told her he was sooooo rude and she gave me 5 extra meals but I will NEVER EVER return there. This man should never be allowed to work with customers. The food also wasn’t great, I could make better meals myself. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Where do I even begin with this disaster of a meal prep business? I made the regrettable choice to place an order with this pathetic, joke of a restaurant, and what unfolded was a comedy of errors that would be laughable if it weren’t so utterly infuriating.
-Failure to Deliver. My order was simple enough, 15 meals, but somehow, it turned into an insurmountable challenge for the ill equipped and untrained staff. My order was placed with clear communication. I expected it to be ready on Sunday, August 20th, a reasonable expectation for any remotely competent meal prep service. Arriving on the date, I was greeted by an awkward and untrained staff who were not just complete creeps but the sheer confusion on their faces about what to do about my undelivered order was embarrassing, and it quickly became evident that they were entirely unequipped to manage even the most basic tasks. I can only imagine the negligence and unhygienic conditions this food is prepared with. (pretty much every person I’ve talked to that bought meal preps had some level of food poisoning from this place)
So what was they’re solution to fix my undelivered order? Pathetic Excuses. The excuses that followed were absurd. They’re feeble attempt to blame me for their failure was laughable. To say that I was at fault for they’re failure to fulfill my order was not just wrong but pathetic. Instead of accepting responsibility for their failure, the staff, on behalf of a manager who appeared to be nothing more than a joke, attempted to shift the blame onto me LOL
In a desperate attempt to absolve themselves of responsibility, the staff claimed they had called me, for reasons i don’t know why. Yet, for whatever reason they called my number, the tangible evidence shows a single missed call from an unknown number, with no voicemail left. How does anyone expect someone to respond to a weird, random call from an unknown number without any form of message or follow up? Just another clear demonstration of negligence and laziness
-Untrained Staff: Speaking to the staff was like conversing with people who were working on the first day of the job. Confused, disoriented, and completely out of their depth, they seemed to have no idea what to do with my order, let alone how to run a business. Extremely frustrating from start to finish. I guess I’m starting to expect this from restaurant staff that is underpaid and uneducated.
Poor Documentation: The lack of proper record keeping was astounding. Borderline criminal. How can a business expect to operate when they don’t even have the basic means to track customer orders? It’s an embarrassment, and it showcases a fundamental lack of professionalism.
No Signage: The cherry on top of this disaster was the absence of any sign identifying the business. It’s almost as if they don’t want people to know they exist – and after my experience, I can see why. It’s a symbol of the utter lack of attention to detail that permeates every aspect of this operation.
I can’t emphasize enough how strongly I urge you to avoid this place. It’s a mess of confusion, incompetence, and negligence. There’s no redeeming quality to be found here, only disappointment and frustration. Go elsewhere for your meal prep needs (and save yourself food poisoning in the process). Anywhere else would be better than this embarrassment of a food business.
fit fuel, if you’re reading this, take it as a wake up call. Your business is a failure on every conceivable level, and it’s clear you’re struggling. Fix your problems or close your doors. Either way, I won’t be back, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about this debacle.

Concept is great! It’s definitely a hit or miss though. My first orders were amazing. Amazing taste and all was seemingly too surreal. The last few orders have been a desaster. Makes me feel like waisted money. The meats are double seasoned (before and after cooking)- way too much. The rice is mush and watery and when you ask for double servings of vegetables to avoid carbs- you only get one serving. It’s the small things like going from fresh sweet potato mashed up to sweet potato fries to regular fries.. was extremely disappointed with my last few orders as this place was becoming a go to for me. I’m scared to order again 🙁

First off, the hours on the door say it opens at 7 on weekdays, and at 7:45 the door was locked. There was a paper taped to the window directing people to the gym next door, so I went over there. The people there told me that the grill didn’t open until 8. I just wanted somewhere to sit for a cup of tea. The window of the grill has the words “coffee” “tea” and “dine in” painted on it, so that seemed realistic, but it’s not. It’s only for meal planning and you have to order ahead of time.

Love FFG! You can’t beat the value & flexibility you get with these meals. You get to choose your protein, it comes with veggies & then you get to pick the carb & if you’d like any sauce on the side. I love that I can build my own combinations & the meals are tasty & filling.

We get our weekly meals from Fit Fuel. Great food and good variety. Love their breakfast egg white burrito and the waffles, their turkey ground beef discada is to die for!

Protein part of the meal is decent and tasty. But the portion of veggies or sides they give you was small for the price you pay! They need to make it worth the price or they are gonna start losing business!

Completely honest opinion? Food sucks, you can make it better yourself with the same ingredients. First time there and the cashier was awful, 0 people skills whatsoever.
