This lil spot I came across from one of my homies & would have to say they are amazing in all aspects from customer service to the quality of the products they serve. I’ve had the meals from the fridge, acai bowls, ginger shots, and tons of smoothies and each time i have them it’s make me want to try more things in the menu. I’ve had the pleasure to meet Andrew the owner and even chat with him when he’s not cooking in the kitchen and he’s is truly an awesome human and it reflects through his staff as well.

This place is awesome. I have had various smoothies (Slash Monkey, Moon Cycle and Natalie are my 3 favorites) and bowls, and tried several of the prepared meals (blueberry protein pancakes are my favorite), and salads. I have never had anything that wasn’t good-to-great or that I felt wasn’t a good value. The staff is always friendly and courteous, greeting you with a hello and a smile no matter how many other customers are in the store. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This is my go-to place for all things refreshing and healthy. Whoever is on staff is always happy to greet you and make great suggestions if you’re stuck on what to order. I usually stick to a few of my favorites, but when I want to try something new I describe what I’d like to taste, and they make great suggestions – honest ones…so I trust their opinion. Their grab and go is great and it has full info on calories and reheating, if necessary. Fantastic place!

I love Fit Food Express!! The staff is always so kind and welcoming, they have a beautiful place to sit surrounded by wonderful art, their blueberry pancakes are amazing as well as there’s juices and smoothies, and they are always so sweet and make my favorite pineapple, ginger, mint, lime refresher. Also, the granola that I get there is a pantry staple. What a wonderful local place for healthy food!!! Highly recommended!!

All I can say is that this place has my heart. The owners pour love into every bit of this place. My husband is vegetarian, and loves all their food options. I have two kids under the age of 4 and both of them love to go get smoothies!! Staff is fun and pleasant and the atmosphere is welcoming! Def a delray place to check out.

Aside from their delicious smoothies, acai bowls and fresh-squeezed juices, their prepared meals are also terrific. I get the grilled mahi (with baby asparagus and sweet-potato cubes) all the time, but my favorite is the chicken salad, which includes plenty of dill (my favorite). Highly recommend!

FFE is the best place around. Family owned business, Sydney and Andrew always make sure they have a nice ambiance with the kind staff and amazing food!!! Either the fresh cooked dishes from chef Craig, or the acaí bowls, smoothies and juices, all daily prepared from scratch, you will be doing the perfect choice, when you are taking care of your health, or want something delicious without guilt.
