My friend recommended FITAF several months ago and I’ve been ordering their meals ever since. I’ve tried a few other similar meal delivery companies and FITAF has been the best to date. FitAF has been a wonderful service for us. I could easily hit my macros/cals by meal prepping on my own, but I get sick of eating the same thing over and over again. I have tried most of the major meal delivery and prep services out there (Factor and Hello Fresh), and this is the only one that I actually enjoy eating. Food tastes good and fresh, unlike the Factor, and I do not need to spend time cooking it as I would with Hello Fresh or cooking myself. It allows me to hit my calorie/macro goals, but doesn’t feel like I am restricting in any way. I actually want to eat it unlike having to do anything else. It is exactly what I need to not even consider fast food or delivery for lunch or dinner, especially when I work 10-12 hours days and sometimes Saturdays from January-March in public accounting when the last thing I want to do is figure out what to eat. I have recommended to everyone at work who is into fitness and has calorie/macro goals too.

One thing I enjoy besides the business being local, is the
variety you are allowed to CHOOSE weekly. Food has not

I have celiacs disease and there are alot of tasty gluten free options. I feel safe eating thier food and have not had a bad allergic reaction to thier food. I love there is no subscription because i dont want food to just keep coming weeks on end and have it build up in my freezer and run the potential of wasting it. Also nice to have to have the food alreasy put together and not worry about not having ingredients in the house to build something tasty and just have to eat plain boring food.
