Restaurant Fisk & Skaldyr er Aalborgs eneste anerkendte gastronomiske fiskerestaurant Indehaver og køkkenchef Imad Chehab, har ejet restauranten siden 2006. I sommeren 2012 gennemgik restauranten en omfattende renovering og ombygning, og 2. november 2012 åbnede vi i Aalborgs flotteste lokaler. Restaurant Fisk & Skaldyr kan byde på delikatesser som østers, foie gras, pighvar samt russisk kaviar. Topklasse vine og champagne samt spændende kaffe og aveckort. Vi bruger kun de bedste råvarer. The service was super friendly and very good! The fish I asked for was (for the price which isn’t cheap) poorly cooked, I would not fry it that way and also everything on top of it wasn’t or didn’t feel fresh and very old school presentation…so unfortunately I didn’t enjoy the food for the high price that it was, price quality didn’t match. Otherwise nice charming place.

We found this place through google reviews and booked jn advance on the website as we really wanted to try the seafood in Aalborg and it did not disappoint. The portions were amazing for the price and tasted good too. Attached are some pictures of the starters we got, main was so good we forgot to take pictures before we ate haha. The people were super lovely and friendly to us. As it was pouring down rain when we were leaving, they lent us an umbrella for the journey to the car. Would love to visit again if we ever travelled here again!

Our absolute favorite meal while on our 2 week Denmark vacation. While in Aalborg. this should be your #1 stop. excellent service and Superior dinner. Not overpriced. Portions are large.

We booked a table Thursday 19:30. There were about 10 others there, at 3 tables. So not busy. Service was not very friendly and was unattentive. We weren’t even asked whether we wanted a dessert. Food was ok, but disappointing compared to other fish restaurants in Aalborg. A good range of wines but all at a high price. Overall the meal was not good value and we felt unwelcome.
