Their food is reasonably priced. It’s cooked to order so it’s piping hot. Have tried most of their fish options and have not been disappointed. Will be coming back for my fried fish cravings.

Quality of the food is ok. Made fresh. Just the ingredients aren’t very fresh. Shrimp fried rice could see it was just basic frozen veggies from the store. Cheap stuff. Vs quality veggies. When asked for a little bit of tartar sauce, a 25 cent fee was required. The shrimp fried rice plate is already a small portion. I wouldn’t eat here again unless I had to .

This red snapper and fries are so good omg. It’s seasoned just right. The spring rolls are a bit heavy on the garlic but very good. They do have fresh whole fish too and it is an actual fish market. They have some other options too. Great, kind service.

The snapper fish is the highlight of the show! In the area for lunch and decided to grab some seafood when I found this establishment. Staff was polite and the environment was good. In addition to the great snapper, they also have wings and onion rings (both were ok and crispy but could use a touch more seasoning). Overall not bad if in the area.

I was very disappointed with the portion. For $11.99 for 6pc catfish and fries off dinner menu…I expected more fries. This was just disrespectful

I ordered a 7 pc. Red Snapper fish. The fish was cut in half to make 7 pieces and it was hard and rubbery! Wasted $15.99 +tax. Instead of cutting all your fishes in half just say, how many whole pieces they are.

I haven’t been here in a few months. I paid over 15 dollars for 3 pieces of fish and 5 shrimp. The 3 pieces if fish were small than chicken nuggets. The fish had no flavor. There are new people in there. I’m not going to recommend to anyone. Waste of money.

We decided to try a new fish spot b/c our regular spot closed early. The size of my hubby’s fish plate (whiting) was HORRIBLE!!! He paid over $15 for appx 4 shrimp and 3 small filets, which were about 1/4 of one whole regular filet! Don’t be fooled by the picture we took. The filets were smaller than my palm. My husband took the plate back, and the cook said that’s the size of the filets they get. He then said the owner won’t let him put more on. Either we were ripped off, or they are ripping off other patrons with these high prices and small portions. Nevertheless, we won’t be returning! We seldom eat out b/c the quality and quantity of food being put out at these establishments is just shameful! Save your money and go to Bayseas or even Sea Island. You’d probably get more fish getting Gordon’s frozen fish!

Honestly love the mom and pop set ups but this is not a “fish market”. All of the fish is frozen.

Groomers in San Antonio is the best for fresh fish.
