Back again for Birthday dinner. The Halibut Oscar was so fresh and tasty. I love this dish and Fishing Rocks version didn’t disappoint! The salad was really good. I love their blue cheese dressing. The French dip was “stunningly delightful” our friend said. The service is always perfect. They make us feel so welcome. You have to give this place a try!

We are back again for breakfast. Had the crusted French toast with fruit, veggie hash and biscuits and gravy. Everything was great! And there are so many more looking yummy things on the breakfast menu! Guess we will have to keep coming back until we taste everything! Luckily I didn’t have to change any of the star ratings! Oh! And the carrot juice was really good and icy cold!

We had the shrimp stuffed salmon and it was sooooo good. The service was great and friendly. The cream brulee dessert was one of the best I’ve had and I’ve been chasing those for years. The pizza was good too. I hope you give it a try! Have to come back for breakfast. They look awesome!

Yay: New owners/cooks at this great little spot near Fogarty Creek! Tonight, we had the meatball boat app, IPAs on draft, and prosecco. Then we enjoyed the special, Chicken Marsala, and the Prime Rib Dip Sandwich. For dessert, we indulged in the house made bread pudding. Everything was delicious! Service was fantastic.
Pro Tip: If you don’t want to hear/see sporting events on the bar TV, sit in the separate (quiet) dining room.

We are in the middle of enjoying one of the finest dining experiences. This little place is a GEM here in Gleneden. The food is amazing, the service is very courteous. The atmosphere is peaceful. The dining experience is like what you would find in a much fancier restaurant. They even make things for you if it is not on the actual menu. Dont let what might look like just a basic eatery fool you! You just have to try this place out!!

We were looking for a local yummy spot, and we found it! We loved it so much we came back the next day! The first time we came, we both ordered they’re brick oven pizzas and let me just say, they were AMAZING! Full of robust flavor, the cheese was absolutely delicious, and the crust was cooked to scrumptious perfection! The next day we had the fish and chips (halibut) and it was my favorite by far. I’m a snob when it comes to my fish and chips and, MY LORD they nailed it! The chips were every bit as good as the fish. And lastly, the coctails were SOOOO good too! Will definitely be our Depoe Bay food stop. Great job guys!

We had a wonderful dinner here last night. Up front, the reason for 4 Stars on the Food is due to the calamari appetizer not being up to par. (They assured us that it will be better next time!) The staff was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was enjoyable (loved the music, great playlist!) As for our mains, I had the Ruben and my wife had the Burger, both were perfect! And a shout out to the Chip Fries, they were so good! Over all we had a great experience and will defiantly be back.

Out of towners decided to give the place a try seeing it was close to the hotel we were staying at. Best restaurant been to for some time.
The service (Jesus) was GREAT, and the food (prime rib french dip and calamari) as even better!
Enjoyed it so much we decided to give breakfast was even better! I had country fried steak and GF had an avocado, crab, and egg on toast. My CFS was a thin steak hand breaded along with country potatoes, and eggs!
Loved the place and will be on my list for next time we’re in Depot Bay!

This restaurant is well worth the little drive out from Lincoln City & just before Depot Bay. Everything is fresh made in house, including the soup…. OMG, the chowder & red pepper soup were to die for – definitely a must order. We went there for breakfast & lunch while on vacation. Each meal was delightful. The outside building might be a bit older but inside is beautiful with all the inviting white & blue color theme, comforting/romantic table candle, a pleasant place for families with kids, and for the adults the bar area in the back was clean & looked well stocked, and the reatrooms were clean. We loved everything about Fishing Rock Eatery – from the staff, food, and atmosphere… we will keep this on our ‘must go to’ list the next time we are in the area.

Hole in the wall restaurant with excellent food and service. I’m pretty picky with my seafood but their seafood Alfredo was scrumptious! My husband enjoyed the prime rib special and do request for a straight horseradish ! Their pepperoni calzone was a generous size and my 12 yo picky eater of a daughter devoured it all. We topped it off and shared a to-die-for lava cake for desert! It was a wonderful reward after hiking 4.5 miles up the waterfalls at Drift Creek!

First I will say maybe the best seafood I have had on the Oregon Coast! We went for lunch after a recommendation from the owner of the leather shop in Depot Bay. We were greeted immediately on walking in and invited to sit anywhere. This place is bright and clean and has friendly staff.

We ordered pan fried oysters, chowder and fish n chips. The oysters had a light Panko breading and were perfectly cooked. Fish was perfectly breaded and cooked. The chowder was thick and rich .ade with scallops, shrimp and claws. We travel the coast from Northern California to Southern Washington eating seafood everywhere. This is our new favorite place.
