The Fishers Test Kitchen is a restaurant accelerator where chef entrepreneurs test their newest creations and Fishers residents experience the future of the Fishers culinary landscape at the home of Sun King Brewing’s new location. Three fresh restaurant concepts will rotate as chef entrepreneurs launch their concepts, refine their menus, and build a following as they prepare to expand their concepts into other locations. We’re growing a vibrant local food community, and the Test Kitchen chefs will be helping to push the city forward — one bite at a time!

Great concept! I love that they are working to help small business owners build a brand and following. If it’s still there when you visit, Gordito’s is amazing! Try the bread! It’s sooo good!! They use the same wonderful bread as for their tortas, layer on chees, and then grill/ griddle it so the cheese is melty and browned. Then they serve it with quest dip and their glorious consomé.

Came here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and was impressed with the variety and uniqueness of the food. From burgers to quesadillas, everyone should be able to find something to try. My wife and I decided to split the nachos which we really enjoyed. They put a unique spin on them, with a tasty slaw and peach sauce which really made them one of a kind. And the portion was more than enough to share. Definitely give the food a try here next time you’re visiting Sun King!

Always love the fishers test kitchen. There’s such a terrific variety of food.it’s so much fun to take the family and try out different dishes. The fried risotto balls especially were a hit this time.

It was so good I went back for a second go round the day after they opened. Korave (Korean BBQ) was absolutely incredible, the seating was nice and spacious both upstairs and downstairs.

I received a text that my food was ready and it wasn’t. But once I sat down at a table the waitress was friendly and very helpful, she helped me order the samples of beer which was really good. I ordered basic hamburger and onion rings. Other then late food arrival it was awesome and I’m definitely going back.

Could not call ahead. They asked about online ordering, but they don’t take incentrev certificates online. So I had to go in before ordering.

A lot of the food was sold out midday? Ordered potatoes and I got French fries. Told the kitchen and they said “yeah we ran out.” Ate my food with a spoon because there were no forks. I heard great things but had a horrible horrible horrible experience. I will never go back

The food hall trend is really popular right now, this is Fisher’s version. I tried all 3 restaurants and enjoyed the food so I’ll will be back to try more dishes. If you’re not familiar with food halls, it’s basically just a fancier food court, you order and pick up food at the counter. The Test Kitchen has 3 restaurants that will change every 1-2 years and there’s also a Sun King Brewery inside. I liked the variety of international food despite there only being 3 restaurants to choose from. The only downside is the price is high considering the small portions.
