Fisher’s Cafe & Pub is a third generation, family owned cafe that was founded in 1958 by George E. Fisher Sr. Fisher’s was built on the former site of a Model T Ford dealership. It is presently owned by his son Dick Fisher and is managed by his grandson, Rich Fisher.

We LOVE fishers! We accidentally came here after a long day at the ledges trail, and it was fantastic! So great We’ve been back several times! The service is wonderful, they are fast and the food is outstanding!

The restaurant is decorated so nice for Christmas! Server was very nice & attentive. Ribs were tender & had a nice bark on them. Nice sized pickles they fry up. Mozzarella sticks had a nice cheese pull & sweet sauce. Burgers were good. Negative was the fries weren’t freshly done. Also, sent prime rib back because it was VERY salty. They sent out another 1 that wasn’t as salty, but my mom said it still wasn’t that good. She ended up having some of my ribs. So do not recommend prime rib.

Stopped in my travels, such a great Christmas vibe! Cocktails were good and this time I got the meatloaf sandwich, very good with the 12 dogs of Christmas ale! Summer is great here for wine and crab cakes! They also added igloo outside.

Their outdoor patio is very romantic and cosy, heaters and lights make the atmosphere really relaxing. I got some lobster bisque, cod tacos and a Chardonnay, my friend got a burger. Everything was delicious. We will be back for sure

We’d been to this place once before years ago and decided to drive to Peninsula to try it again. Glad we did. The menu is extensive and reasonably priced. We both ordered the half slab of ribs, with different sides, and shared the coconut shrimp as an appetizer. Everything was delicious, and the service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. We’ll be back sooner next time.

Great little spot that reminds you of a Mom & Pops place. I really enjoyed the delicious crab salad wrap and onion rings. Their own brewed root beer was very tasty. I enjoyed it so much I had two. We felt we’d found a cute little gem for lunch and decided we’d surely return again. Pricing was decent. Service was also quick and friendly.

The wings were delicious! The eggplant fries tasted wonderful too. The server was very friendly but the waiting time of the food was a little bit long in the peak hours. I do not like the lobster bisque very much as it is a bit too sweet. Overall, I would recommend it.

Fantastic food at a great price! The service was excellent, and we really enjoyed sitting on the sunny patio. Most sandwiches can be made with a gluten-free bun, and the fish tacos were absolutely delicious — highly recommend!

My wife and I ride bicycles on the towpath. Fishers is right in the center of town. We’ve eaten there once before and didn’t have a good experience.
This time around I ordered the 22oz strip and my wife had the salmon. My steak – not 12 ounces – was cooked perfectly. As soon I made the first cut I knew it wasn’t going to be tender and it wasn’t.
Fries on the side are frozen and overcooked.
My wife’s salmon was ordered rare. It came out well done and for $20 the size was really small. $3 up charge for onion rings was a miss.
We sat on the patio and it was really nice. Our server was incredible. Very patient and knowledgeable. Probably won’t return. With tip our bill was over $80. I expect better food at those prices.
