We try to go here at least once a month only because we live an hour away. The food is always beyond amazing. Today we had the most tender steak over a bed of very fresh greens and vegetable, delicious noodles and miso soup with large chunks of parsnips in it. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating. This is, by far, one of my family’s favorites. The ginger Lone Star is super refreshing 🙂

Place is just awesome! The food here is fresh and you can taste that the meals that are made here are not just restaurant food it’s comfort food that the Japanese would serve to there family!
This place is a dimond in the rough if you like Japanese food you will love this place. The people are very friendly and the atmosphere gives it so much charm get a great meal made by a true Japanese Mother then go to the horse trailer and get some great Saka! You will not be disappointed only bad thing I’ll say is that it’s only open Friday- Sunday.

FishCat is one of those rare gems you count yourself lucky to come across.
We stopped in the other day and were treated to the best flounder and sake we’ve ever had. We then sat and chatted in the beautiful garden cafe under a starlit night sky, a memorable experience with food, friends and delightful ambiance.
