We had lunch here today to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The food was great, very tasty and the service was excellent, Katy was very attentive and accommodating. We both thoroughly enjoyed it.
We choose prawns in red Thai curry sauce and scallops without the hammock croquette as I don’t eat meat. We then had confit shoulder of lamb and stonebass, and we managed to find room for a vanilla parfait and a chocolate delice. Only one coffee as they unfortunately don’t do decaffeinated. The Kent white wine was delicious and the cider had a good balance to it. We look forward to eating here again.

First time visit yesterday for lunch and what a great experience it was.
From the moment we arrived the staff were superb and so welcoming.
Then the food. I had the Skate and my wife the Lobster and they were just wow!!

This is one of our favourite restaurant, usually you have to book 3 weeks in advance but was so lucky to get in today as we was in the area. My husband have his usually steak and I have my usual lobster service was excellent as usual too.

Wonderful seafood Resteraunt – elegant a la carte service – well cooked and presented food – only marked the atmosphere down as there was one particularly loud guest who seemed to have little consideration for others in the room which slightly spoiled a birthday meal, as the dining room was all open plan there was no hiding from anyone else’s noise – otherwise perfect evening

I just got my order and the box was partly open and my chips were missing I had about 5 chips in rhe box. £15 for cod and 5 chips, not impressed at all! The delivery man tried to give me the open box and run and when I pulled him up he admitted the chips where spilt in his delivery box strapped to his bike!

What an excellent seafood experience. Fish on the Green is what Loch Fyne should aspire to be. It offers a humbling service. How helpful were the staff? Amazingly helpful, so bubbly and happy. They are great company. The bright, sea themed surroundings complemented the cuisine beautifully. The food is freshly prepared with care, delicious and superbly presented. Service is fast and attentive. Great value for money.

Really good. My wife’s Lemon Sole was perfectly cooked, soft buttery, and utterly enjoyed. I had the Lobster, it too was yummy. The lobster was soft and delicious with no hint of tension in the meat as often can be the case.

I’ve waited years to go here. Fish on the Green has always had a great reputation and I finally got round to trying it with family. This place does not disappoint. Delicious food (try the monkfish) and lovely staff. Can’t wait to return and try more from the menu!
