My wife was really hungry (so was I). She wanted fried chicken. So I searched Google Maps and the surrounding area didn’t have any fried chicken with bones in it. So I expanded my search area and discovered “Fish Frenzy”. It was about 4 miles away from where I was at during rush hour. What a great surprise! The nice lady at the order-out register was extremely helpfull, what nice lady! She helped me to order the best choice food. She even told me that she is studying a foreign language so that she will be able to understand some of her co-workers. The “cooks” were very fast at preparing my order. The nice lady gave me my order and I thanked her and left. When I delivered the food to my wife at the hotel. She and I tasted it and it was amazing! This is the best dang food I have had in a long time. The “cooks” are like “Master-Chefs” If we ever pass through here again we will most certainly stop here again and again.
I ordered the salmon, it came with fried veggies, fried rice, lemons…..excellent! My wife says ” Two thumbs up on the fried chicken “!!!! And that itself is a huge thing as she is so picky.

So delicious we came back two times while visiting New River Gorge NP. The fried whole catfish was flaky and tender, the grilled white fish was seasoned so well and perfectly cooked. We both loved the sides as well. Stand outs are the green beans (so savory!), coleslaw (tangy with just a hint of sweetness) and corn.

What a hidden gem in Beckley. For someone who is use to eating Long John’s & Captain Ds fish only. Not only do they have such wonderful staff but delicious food! The amount you get… I mean wow! Hands down going back!!!

This was our first time eating at Fish Frenzy. We were quickly welcomed by the employees with a huge smile. One of the cooks walked out and welcomed us and interacted with my daughter. It was a great atmosphere and love that it felt kid friendly!
The food was wonderful! Quick service, hot food and great flavor.
It’s nice to have a welcoming place to have lunch and not feel like you’re rushed out cause you have a child or children with you.
We will be back!

I wasn’t feeling well so I didn’t order any food but my boyfriend did. The gentleman working brought complementary baklava out to me bc he thought I didnt like their food. I told him I just wasnt feeling well so he brought me out a some kind of drink with ginger to settle my stomach. Amazingly kind and considerate! Both the drink and the baklava were wonderful. I also tried a hush puppy type thing and it was good too! If I took pics of food I definitely would have posted bc it all was nicely presented. Next time Im hungry in Beckley I will definitely try some more. Please, go eat here; these people take pride in the food they make and serve!

Party of 4, purchased a cod meal, a salmon meal, a white fish meal with a crab cake and a white fish po-boy. Let me start by saying we were greated at the door by an employee who I am sure was just taking a little bit of a break but he opened the door and welcomed us into the restaurant.
Service was great but the star of any restaurant is the food! The portion sizes for our meals was amazing, all of the fish was cooked properly an the taste delicious.
Anytime my wife and I want seafood we will be visiting this restaurant (An only) again.
