The fish and chips with truffle fries is absolutely superb. The fish was so tenderly cooked that it practically melted in my mouth, and the chips (fries) were just the right amount of crispy without being too crunchy.
I used to eat the (now discontinued) Hungry Man Popcorn Fish and Chips frozen dinners on a weekly basis and I’ve been obsessed with having real fish and chips ever since then. I’m glad that my first experience with the real deal was so positive, but I fear that it has set a very high bar if I get fish and chips anywhere else.

Trevor is ALWAYS amazing and so is the fish and chips! Their clam chowder is really yummy and actually has great big pieces of clams in it. Even the tartar sauce is yummy. We have been coming here for a while now and it’s always been absolutely delish every time. Highly recommend it here if you’re looking for some great fish and chips or a nice bowl of clam chowder.

The fish and chips were good. Better than a lot of places, not as good as others.
We came in from the side entrance and found the Fish & Company restaurant nestled in the corner of what looked like a small food court.
Which was fine.
There wasn’t a a lot of seating and the two high chairs were already taken so we ordered and stepped upstairs where there a plethora of comfortable furniture and seating arrangements.
A few minutes later the food arrived. I’d hoped for larger fish portions and was a little disappointed but there were more than enough fries – chips – that were cut in a unique form. Think Fritos corn chips. Which were great for ketchup scooping.
The tartar sauce was delicious and I asked for more. The owner (?) asked if I wanted to try their spicy tartar and I said yes.
After a while if no sauce being brought up I went downstairs and asked for some so I could finish my fish. He apologized for forgetting about my request and handed me a cup of regular tartar and spicy tartar.
The ambience of the upstairs is great even if the music was a little too loud. This would be a great place to go hang out for happy hour or a fun date night as they had a full bar.

I haven’t been able to find a decent fish in years until now… I’d say even beats east coast fish fry’s and definitely anything else locally. Their secret recipe beer batter is just perfect… and potato chips cut and fried to perfection.

The best fish and chips in Castle Rock. On the lower level inside Ecclesia. The batter on this has such a depth of flavor! I love a good fish sandwich and theirs is unparalleled. Customer service is stellar! Always friendly and helpful, they don’t mind using cod on my fish sandwich – and they have an amazing chipotle tartar sauce to really set this apart from other establishments. Do yourself a favor, and go taste what I’m talking about!

We ordered a salmon poke bowl and fish and chips with truffle fries. Everything was amazing! Owners were friendly. The salmon was fresh and poke bowl sauce perfectly spicy. Fish was flaky and delicious and the chips were seriously unique and incredible. Get the truffle fries and garlic aioli. D.A.N.G.

Awesome! We tried it all – Fish and chips, Poke Bowl, Truffle Fries!
Fish was perfect, light crispiness all over.
Chips were slice style and would fold over when biting down they were delicious.
Truffle fries are the crowd pleaser, generously topped with cheese and just enough garlic.
Poke Bowl was a first for me and everything paired well together – the tuna was great!

When you do only one thing it still takes a great recipe and excellent ingredients to make it perfectly. This little hole in the wall has done just that. A hint of sweet in the batter is never over powering but draws a sense of curiosity. It’s delicious!
The clam chowder was good too. Plenty of clams, for sure.

Clam chowder and a two piece fish n chips. Came out to 30 dollars, but absolutely delicious and LOTS of food. The fish have a touch of cinnamon on the batter; very crispy yet not over fried. The potatoes are also excellent, served properly with malt vinegar. Glad to find decent seafood so far from the coast!

I am a huge Fish & Chips fan and this place hit the spot. This is our first time this year coming to Castle Rock and we were excited to see the ne overhall down town. Fish & Company is located in the basement of a multilevel establishment with several dining options, The Ecclesia. Very small menu, but great prices, friendly staff, and a hefty portion of Chips and three beautiful peaces of fish fried to perfection. Not to greasy and not to much bredding. My wife and I had to share, the portion was so big. Off to a great start, however it is OK to have free cups of water for those ordering. $1.89 is a bit much for bottles water whe someone is ordering food. Don’t worry, we will be back.
