Kai was great server. Hostess forgot to give use utensils. Inside had no fans or air. Vvery muggy and stuffy. Bathrooms ok but had a smell like mildew and no paper towels. Outside nice but nearby EDM music very loud and annoying.

Having only been for weekend nights out, i cannot speak on the food, but for a more casual night club environment id 100% recommend over many other places in Providence.
Its technically in downtown (downcity), but across the river about a half mile from india point park and close to places like the providence pedestrian bridge, risd, plant city.
Generally, theres never a cover except on special event nights (Halloween i.e). It is generally always busy, but the bartenders are all very good about serving people without any real wait. Multi sectioned space with the main indoor space, bar and dance floor, half outdoors (2 seat tables), actual outdoors (overlooking providence river and lit up 195 bridge), and a second space with overhead heaters and a smaller bar adjacent to the dance floor.
They carry a jalapeño infused tequila that is my main drink when i visit, i always get it with just pineapple juice & soda water, with a lime.
Parking is rough if you don’t show up early or if you’re not comfortable walking a few blocks. The road is a 1 way, with street parking, but the strip is home to other busy businesses like hotclub, so fridays and saturdays theres often many pedestrians on sidewalks, ubers dropping and picking up, and large groups in the street.

I stopped in here on a Saturday afternoon to grab a drink and sit on the water. We were seated quickly by the host outside and the waitress was nice enough to bring an umbrella for some shade. The drink menu was good, however there weren’t any prices on things for reference. We got a juice based cocktail and then a coffee based cocktail and both were $10, so a bit expensive but still reasonable considering the view. Overall a fine visit, especially to look at the boats and just sit chatting.

Our visit was seriously impacted by the bartender, Sara. She made a mistake with our drink order, and when we returned to the bar to have it corrected, we saw her taking shots behind the bar. This behavior made us question her professionalism and whether it was affecting the quality of service. While the food was fine, the unprofessionalism really overshadowed the experience. We hope the management takes this into consideration, as this kind of behavior is not acceptable in any setting.

Dined there this afternoon approx 430. The staff was friendly but service was slow. The food was good. My . Complaint is that we had to move tables more than once because the umbrellas are not secure in the bases and flew up and out 3x. I did not find our time relaxing or enjoyable as a result . I think mngt should look into safety of patrons knowing it can be windy on the water.

Was told to seat ourselves at the door then proceeded to wait 30 minutes until we had to go inside and grab a server to take our order. Our food was delivered, then we received the check, somehow with a 20% auto gratuity for work I did myself. There did not appear to be a system for serving or managing tables at all. Food was good, but not nearly good enough to go back. Don’t come here unless you have a thing for being ignored.

Went on a Sunday night with me and my boyfriend. Found out the following day I was charged for an extra drink that was $17. Its been 2 weeks and I’ve spoken with two managers trying to get my money back and im being completely ignored. They stole $17 from me. First time coming here and it will be my last. Also this place is overrated. Go somewhere else.

I really did not enjoy my experience here. Food was mediocre and the man that ran the place was an absolute jerk when we asked to use the restroom. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are going to get drunk at the bar
