Went for the 1st time was ok .. let’s do this. From New Orleans and I love me Catfish as others call them bottom feeders. Catfish was good not gonna lie…but the sides with only to tablespoons of what ever side you ordered. No way in hell is it worth the price. 2plates 2 banana puddings $60 dollars. Then I had to go to the counter and let the young man at the register know he have my banana pudding to the doordash guy who left with them. So he replaced them. The banana pudding TRASH! A big pan of jello banana pudding with cookies on top…I didn’t have 1slice of a banana. Would i go back..probably not. We get it prices are going up. But don’t over charge for kid portions to compensate for it.

My food was horrible and customer service was bad! My fish and fries were redipped in grease. The fries were cold and stale. I went back and asked if they could make my food fresh and the owner argued with me and told me I was lien, he then instructed the cashier to just give me my money back. I will never eat there again!!

Ordered ½ a pound of chicken livers they gave me 5 livers and a kid size serving of black eye peas I will say this the food was good they just don’t give you nothing for your money

Just popped in for a couple walleye fillets to go with my fried rice. Service was excellent and the fish was crispy and absolutely huge. The tartar sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had. A bit of a wait but that’s because they cook the fish to order so it’s fresh and delicious every time. Not the cheapest option in town but I won’t go anywhere else for freshly fried fish. 10/10 recommend stopping by!

This place has the best catfish, ( watch out for the bones!!! real catfish) banana pudding fire!!! Okra fire!!! I’ve ordered from them 4 times now, prices are very reasonable quality of food is excellent would highly recommend!!!

This food was great yall! simple, delicious, portions on the sides were a little small I got large to share with another person. Mac and cheese was fire. Good beans and potato salad everything just the way it needs to be. We got the fish sandwich. The catfish is good and clean,perfect breading on that, crispy as all get out, prices were reasonable for what you get I’m definitely impressed we gon be back often thank you all.

I got a half slab of babyback ribs, a whole fried catfish, and a half pound of gizzards. Never been there before, and wanted to try it.
The ribs were pretty good, but they had obviously been kept in a warming pan for a while, 8/10. Flavor was good, they pulled off the bone cleanly, and they weren’t burnt. They would have been 10/10 excellent if they were straight from the smoker. Could have used a bit more bbq sauce in the containers as well. The sauce was pretty good, too.
The fish tasted fresh, and was delicious. Nice big size on it as well, looks to be around a pound. I’m picky about my fish, and this was fantastic. 10/10 The Mac and cheese was decent and I really liked the baked beans.
Gizzards are a challenge to prepare for many people, but these folks have mastered the technique. Crunchy, chewy, yet tender- with a good amount of seasoning. 10/10 (no photo because I was hungry and ate them)
It’s not a big place and it’s not fancy, but the food is excellent and the prices are fairly reasonable. They also offer buffalo fish ribs (not sure what they are) and frozen fish you can take home to prepare.
Please note it’s carry out only, they don’t offer dine in. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Courtez orange
Had the catfish sandwich w/ Mac and cheese, with a chicken wing on the side . The fish was delicious, as well as the wing. Mac and cheese other the hand was disappointing. But what stood out for me was the customer service. Some of the best I have seen locally, and the front of the house is ran by teenagers. Let that sink in.

This is my first time coming to Wichita and I wanted some seafood. I found this restaurant on Google maps and made the 15 minute drive to eat here. The people were very nice and the food smells good and tastes just as good but the portions are really small for the price. Not sure if I would recommend this establishment for dining out. The building needs updating inside and out.
