I did a pick up order. I ordered an extra side of crab cheese. It was burned and so was the filling inside. When I called back to inform them that this was not acceptable. The old lady at the counter said that they don’t do refunds. Only do credits For the next time. We don’t eat out much. And the prices are pretty expensive. So this was a treat for us. Why would I want to credit on my next order if I wasn’t happy with this order? Then she said that she needed the physical card to do a refund. It’s a blizzard out. Why would I want to drive back and give them my card. I told her I could take picture of the front and back of The card and send it to her either in an email or a text. After even tougher negotiations, she very rudely Asked me the numbers of my card. I said OK have a nice day. She didn’t respond and just hung up the phone.

Fantastic food as always! Server was wonderful despite being busy as heck! Fresh veggies, fully stuffed crab Rangoons, enough food for 2 meals of leftovers after eating full plates! Highly recommended! So many choices for everyone’s taste. Egg drop packed full of deliciousness!

I’ve been here twice now, once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times, the food was AMAZING! The service is also very quick and efficient. The sweet and sour chicken sauce is some of the best I’ve ever had.

Just ordered take out from 44th street with 5 entries plus soup etc and every dish was not very good – watery dishes with no flavor instead of what we’re used to at the cascade location – what was even stranger was no heat at all in a princess chicken dish – Mongolian beef was watery and not a nice sauce coating the beef – to top it all off was a earwig bug in the egg drop soup – not making this up – not sure if there’s a new chef at this location but that was not what you’d expect at a first wok in GR

First Wok serves your standard Chinese food, but it seems like it’s good quality. The interior of the restaurant is surprisingly nice, and the staff seemed nice. My lunch order of cashew chicken was delicious and full of vegetables and nuts in addition to the chicken. The sauce was plenty savory, and I was very happy with my meal. I’ll definitely be back sometime.

Exceptional service and courtesy! The meal I ordered contained mushrooms, staff was kind enough to make the order without them for me and were so kind and understanding about it. The Food was INCREDIBLE, very fresh ingredients and hot.Establishment was clean, staff was swift. Would highly recommended!
