The food looks good, but when the man reached his bare hand into a tub of cooked noodles and used his other hand to tear them and stuff them into a metal measuring cup, I thought I might lose it. Glad I didn’t order the lo mein.

Food: Wonton soup, Moo goo gai pan, General Tso’s chicken, and shrimp fried rice ALL were very tasty with excellent flavor!! Spring rolls too but ate those before we got home. Very lite and decent size. The sauce for the General Tso’s chicken was very thick, not what I was use to but packed a lot of flavor, well spiced and actually had broccoli in it, something we’ve been missing from other Chinese restaurants. The moo goo gai pan was not bland at all! The fried rice was good but missing that wok taste for me, still good nonetheless. Had the peas, carrots and onions in which I find lacking in other restaurants’ fried rice. Everything was reasonably priced, taste fresh and very clean inside for a carry out. We’ve been searching for a good Chinese restaurant and I think we found it! Will be back to try other dishes on the menu.

Sadly, beef broccoli meat was fatty and didn’t taste right. The texture was off also. There were even fat chunks in the combo meal, possibly from the pork fried rice. The egg roll insides were smooshy and not very tasty also.

I don’t eat Chinese food often, maybe about twice a year. My husband and I ordered Orange Chicken last night and it was very good. The chicken was crisp without being dried out. The sauce was dark, dense and sweet. The lady forgot to put our egg rolls in our bag and came rushing out to the parking lot to find us. Very good service!

I went to get shrimp with broccoli and when I came back to work they had packed pork rice,
Very pizzed off call the owner that I have religious restrictions on eating pork and he should return my payment.
He refused to do so and made me all the way to throw the food on his face to get my refund.
My advice I saw a rat in his place do not go there and eat,

The sashwan chicken is very good especially the vegetables because they are fresh and crunchy. I like the fact that they are not cheap with the meat and they will season it to your precise instructions. They are generally pretty quick for walk in service , unless there are many call in orders. The restaurant is clean and they prepare each dish in front of you. The prices are reasonable and its location is convenient. About the only thing lacking is the restaurant is too small for tables and chairs, but it is head and shoulders above Panda Express In my opinion. And I have been eating here for 12 years! It’s simply the best Chinese take out restaurant in and around the Westminster area.

Every time I eat here for dinner, it is not good. We ate here last night and the food was horrible. Every time I bit into my general Tsos it was like fried air. There was no chicken in it. It was crunchy and hard to chew with no sauce. Very dry and WAY over cooked. The sauce is not “sauce” it is paste. The sauce should be more of a liquid than a solid. This is now the 3rd time this has happened when eating here. Never had any issues during lunch time during the week. But I do not recommend this place for dinner.

Everything was bland, tough, and/or fake tasting. The General Tso’s was sweet with no spice at all. The soup was bland. The chicken was tough in multiple dishes. The crab tasted fake. Even the Chinese cookies were stale and tasteless. The rice was ok, at least! We won’t be returning.
