My family has gone to First Wok for probably 20 years. food is always hot, fast, and delicious. General’s Tso’s chicken are a staple ， Shrimp Fried Rice is delicious, and always an order of crab Rangoon for a tasty treat at the end．Best in Cleveland!!!!Very Friendly staff!!!!excellent food, great value Great service．Help yourself to cutlery Has a great atmosphere for eating .

The food was great. The lady at the counter who took the orders wasn’t very friendly. Her customer service was almost a turn off to make you not want to order. She gave us no eating utensils or napkins and when we asked for extra soy sauce she debated with me as to how many she gave me?!! Then threw 2 more packs up on the counter! I asked if I needed to pay for them? Just rude! I wonder if they realize that having repeat customers is the way they stay in business!

Food was fresh and served fast. The general Tso was good but a little sweet for my taste. I was able to stop in and grab lunch reasonably fast without any issue. I thought the rice was good. Not overdone and clumpy enough for chop sticks.

Truly outstanding! From the moment we walked in, everything about the experience was exceptional. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with thoughtful details that made the space feel both elegant and comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was rich in flavor, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. You can taste the freshness in every bite. Service was prompt, friendly, and incredibly attentive without ever feeling intrusive. It’s rare to find a place that delivers on every level, but this one absolutely does. Usually my food does not look like this but now this place is a hit or miss. No reason I should be given fries this dark soaked in grease. Not edible. Unacceptable. Also been going here for beyond a decade and never had a complaint until the few times I’ve gotten a wing dinner the fries are just bad. The wings dont taste seasoned. Not only rude but seems to let go the old workers. I am no longer eating here anymore after today. Waste of my time and money.

VERY DISAPPOINTED with my food order todày and I spent over $40. Everything tasted old and the spare ribs were the WORST! Sugar biscuits didn’t taste fresh, but the ribs were the worst! Will NOT go back anytime soon
