We’ve been going to this place for years but,
today, they lost a return customer. We placed an order that included a large chicken fried rice and they gave us a small. When I called to tell them that the order was wrong, a rude woman answered and asked for the phone number that we placed the order with. She then proceeded to tell me that we ordered a small fried rice, even though we’ve never ordered a small fried rice in all the years we’ve been going here, and how if we wanted a large we could either order a large or another small order. We also had no way to verify if we got charged for a small or a large since we were not given any receipt. Because of this woman’s attitude and her lack of customer service skills, we will never be back. Great job guys

I’ve always ordered here and everything tastes pretty good. Today it was an exception. The boneless spare ribs were very dry, the crab Rangoon did not taste like all the ones I’ve tasted before, the cheese had something added making it not creamy, the rice had no flavor. Everything tastes like reheated. Very disappointed

I had a very disturbing experience at this restaurant. I found a large black hair in my chicken, which is unacceptable and clearly a health concern. When my dad went inside to complain, the staff initially refused to do anything about it.
Only after my dad mentioned health codes and reporting them did they reluctantly give him a box of rice. That was not a real apology or a proper response to a serious food safety issue — it felt like they were trying to brush it off.
To make matters worse, as my dad was leaving, a server asked him to pick up trash for them. That was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering he was the one who had just been given poor service and unsafe food.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. I do not feel comfortable eating here again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this restaurant. Food safety and basic customer respect should be the minimum expectation.

I love buying from this location. They have good food and polite staff. I enjoy the sesame chicken, boneless spare ribs, and vegetable soup. Sometimes I get the beef and vegetables with white rice and it is also very delicious.

Been coming here for years and have never had a problem. Even when I forgot to ask for white rice instead of fried rice until after they made my order, they just gave me a side of white rice with it. Very good to their customers

I give this place 20 stars, I have been eating here since I was a young girl in high school, now I am in my 30’s, food is always delicious, they know me by name Ro, they even ask how my kids are doing when I pick up my food, they are always so nice from the parents to their kids, its a family business, this is the only chinese I eat in Ocala, I definitely recommend them, my favorite dish is their sesame chicken w/white rice & boneless spare ribs w/fried rice add egg & beef in rice, BEST CHINESE FOOD

Our go-to Chinese place. Consistently good, hot, fresh food. Just sad they’re closed on mondays. Made the mistake of going down the street and trying the Chinese place by hungry Howies since they were closed today….never again.

I’m new to the area and I was hoping to find some good food. Restaurant was busy and I got the feeling it was a popular spot. Ordered Mongolian Beef and Crab Ragoons . Easy and a common choice at any Chinese restaurant. Very Disappointed. Crab Ragoons should be a staple to the restaurant but not here. Crab Ragoons should be made fresh daily not from the freezer. The vegetables in the Mongolian Beef were raw and where is the peppers? I’m thinking the beef may of been chopped cube steak. Sauce bland. possibly a seasoning packet mixed with water. One plus is the rice was perfect! I hope to find good food somewhere in town.

Their food tastes good but there menu does not deliver the items you request at times. And they will not fix the order or the site. Bone in four count spare ribs gives you shredded. And the prices are different. Add to the meal does not mean you get side of [insert whatever]. Although there are options, its always added to the fried rice. Check your order before you leave. Or call and make your order. I really had to say it but it seems intentional. Because they wont update it or admit it.
