First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

I love how fresh everything is about this place! All fresh ingredients, fresh food, clean ingredients! I absolutely love all their juices that get me a great start to my morning. I’ve always had very friendly and attentive service. They have huge portions that make all the prices definitely worthwhile. I enjoy every dish I order and I just love how bright and vibrant it is inside! I had the seasonal chocolate chip cinnamon pancake and it was just delicious. But I’ve tried many other dishes and they have all appeased the palette! Thank you for your delicious meals and kind service! I can’t wait to keep on returning for more!☀️

I was looking forward to breakfast after fasting and 1st watch didn’t fail! From the staff to the food, it was superb! Shout out to the cashier, crystal, who also acted as the wait person and checked on me regularly even though it was slamming busy!

We have eaten here 3 times in the last two weeks at the Oracle location. Our first experience was phenomenal with great service and great food . Ordered the Waffle , Egg, Bacon meal.The second and third time eating here this week were not ♂️ as great in the service department. On the second visit I had asked for a refill on my drink which did not come immediately then the food came at that point. I asked for the refill again and for syrup for the waffle she told me she would be right back she did not come back and helped other people in the meantime.Finally after 5 minutes the person I was eating with got up and got us help . The 3rd time was much like the second time with just the service lacking still. Besides service, the atmosphere of this place is very relaxing if you are eating here for the first time make sure that you request a booth or a table but not the farm table unless you want to sit with random ♂️ ♀️ people. They have a specials menu on a giant Blackboard so you know what the specials are for the season and the food has been always spectacular and very filling. Definitely great food for breakfast!
