First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. I think First Watch is my new favorite breakfast spot in QC. I’ve had it 3-4 times now and it’s never disappointed me. Food is great.

Place is usually packed weekends so there’s up to 30mins wait time for a table except you’re there just after they open. You can hang around and they’ll notify you when a table becomes available.
Food and drinks order takes anywhere from 5-20mins.
Staff are very helpful, friendly and polite.
Washroom is clean.
As with most breakfast places, potatoes may be somewhat salty especially if you’re not a big fan of salt but you can let them know while ordering.
Atmosphere was pretty chill, wasn’t too noisy.
Environment was clean too. Got the bill just before we finished eating.

1st time here. We had a late breakfast (11am). I got the traditional breakfast. Eggs over easy, bacon, toast and home fries with onions. Our server (Josh) was extremely personable, professional and friendly. He checked on us frequently and always had a smile on. It was a bit noisy. Probably because of it being so open with a very high ceiling. It was also a very busy time (11:00 am). I was also very happy they had my favorite tea choice (Earl Grey). Will definitely be back again!

Second time here and both times were darn good. Had the Chimichuri Steak and Eggs the first time. The second time had the B.E.C. (Bacon. Egg. Cheddar Breakfast Sando). A twist on a traditional breakfast sandwich — hardwood-smoked bacon, folded cage-free eggs, aged Cheddar, house-pickled sweet peppers and arugula with Calabrian chili aioli and roasted garlic aioli on griddled artisan sourdough bread. Opted for the lemon-dressed organic mixed greens as my side.

The food was great, but the dish was supposed to include two eggs per the menu, and I only received one. We ordered a separate one-egg dish for my son, and even after showing the his egg to the server, she said I still had two eggs, which was not the case. He literally had same amount or a hair more.

My server Vondran was nice, however I ordered eggs over easy, I didn’t get the potatoes because they have onions. I told him I can not have onions. Eggs came hard with green onions on them. He did offer to remake my eggs I said no thanks just bill me for my coffee. I will never return. The black coffee was good

We went in right before 9 am without reservation, and likely we did not have to wait to be seated.
Right after we got seated the place got super crowded, hence, make a reservation!
That morning we were super hungry, and got 3 dishes for two to share.
Chickychanga was great!
My boyfriend got Belgian waffles and I got French toast for desert.
It was a lot of food, and we had leftover to take home for our dogs
10 out of 10.
