Loved our first experience here!! I’ve been eyeing this place since before they opened and am finally able to say it was the best experience. I had the avocado toast, and my friend had the carne asada tacos, both very delicious! Seasoned so well, and timing was great. Ivie was a wonderful server, gave us great recs, and was attentive to us the whole time. Loved her and recommend sitting in her section/requesting her section whenever you go! We will be back 🙂 also, they gave a wait-list you can join via their website. I would recommend it.

This is such an awesome place! It is a step above your average breakfast Denny’s place on the health side choices in particular. A very attractive option for the health conscious but not leaning so much in that direction it is out of reach for the comfort food connoisseur. They are offering limited time Holiday menu items. The Carne Asada Breakfast tacos are so delicious, a smoky flavor, so good! Eggs Bennedict and Double Bacon Hash are incredible! Do not forget to grab the Cheesecake Holey Donuts with Nutella on your way out! My sister lives in Chicago and this is as good as any breakfast place I went to there. Enjoy!

Our server was Ivie, we ordered the hot chocolate, mint mocha, French toast, million dollar side potatoes, and the chickicanga. We were seated quickly, they have hot coffee available while you wait, it was good and hot! The French toast was very good, and the potatoes though some were harder than others were yummy. The hot chocolate was lacking flavor but the mint mocha was very good though lacking coffee flavor. The chimichanga was good and overall we enjoyed our breakfast!
*update since we decided to visit first watch again! We appreciate the healthy options they have! Truly something for everyone! We even overheard the waitress at the table next to us help someone find all of the celiac friendly options. Our server Gabe was amazing!

I first became acquainted with Firat Watch in Arizona and kept wishing that Utah would get one. My husband and I went today and were not disappointed. Love the food, the atmosphere, and our server Stephanie was amazing. I don’t want to recommend because then it will get too busy, but have to be honest and tell you if want a great experience you need to check this place out.

First time trying this place and super delicious. We got the lemon ricotta pancakes, which were super divine, love the tart lemon sauce with sweet strawberries and cake like tasting pancakes. We also got the classy eggs Benedict with sauce on the side, I was sharing with my toddler who I was sure would like the sauce. Super delicious hollandaise. And I highly recommend the million $ potatoes, perfectly crispy yet soft and the Parmesan cream sauce was divine. (Sorry photo was taken after I put it in my to go box) Kale tonic drink was the perfect refresher on top.
Xavier our server was super friendly, great recommendations on the drink. And he accommodated our toddler well.
Atmosphere was just a little loud but could still talk. Will be back .

Nice place to have a girls’ time. The food was good but I feel the waiters were in a hurry because we were eating and she brought the check without asking for it, she never offered us more water or coffee, and there were not a lot of people at that moment.

We had not been to this new location, but loved how much larger and cleaner the space is, compared to other locations we have been to. Our server was nice, but fake and overbearing. The food was great this time! We ordered the ham and Gruyère omelette, the egg white omelette, grits, a kale juice, etc. They were all good. We will be back soon.

Great food. The pancakes (granola, almand, banana crunch) are top 5 all time for me, but everything is fantastic. The million dollar bacon side is unique and super good.

What a beautiful breakfast/lunch place! Warmly greeted by Mike at the front door. Gave a great history of the restaurant and good plate recommendations. Kaydence, our server was so personable. Food was tasty! Million dollar potatoes as a side is a MUST. Belgian waffle was on point. Fresh fruit on the side was fresh and delicious. They do bacon legit here! Heath, one of the owners, is as genuine as they get. Will have to make this spot a weekly visit!
