First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Yum!! I love how fresh, farm to table this place is! The candied bacon was delish and had the perfect amount of sweetness. We ordered the chimchurri steak and eggs, which were full of flavor, the barbacoa breakfast tacos, and the biscuits and gravy with the million dollar potatoes.
Such great vibes for a breakfast/brunch place and their lunch menu looks delish as well. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!

Wow, what a delicious spot to have breakfast. The service was top notch. The food was so tasty. The breakfast tacos were amazing. The coffee was fresh. The atmosphere was welcoming. I had to try a few items to really get a feel for what First Watch had to offer and let me tell you they did not disappoint! If you’re looking for a place to bring friends and family this is the place. Definitely a return visit for me. I can’t wait to try everything on the menu! On your way out try the green Kale drink its to die for! Cheers, see you next time foodies.

Brunch at First Watch was a wonderful and “sweet” way to start my birthday. Grace gave us some great menu recommendations and took great care of us. The tres leches French toast is a sweet treat for sure. Everything was delicious, service was fabulous and using the online wait-list was the way to go.

Restaurant was extremely busy, Sunday morning kind of hit or miss but we made a reservation day prior and still had to wait about 20 minutes to be seated. Unfortunately there is no spot to sit while waiting so entrance to the restaurant got very crowded pretty quick. Our server was doing her best but it seemed like the kitchen had an issue with our ticket because all our food came out cold and one of our dishes didn’t come out for about 20 minutes after all the other dishes arrived. Other than that, the food was delicious. It was VERY loud making it difficult to hear the person sitting across from you. Lots of potential in this restaurant but still seems like they are figuring out back of house stuff.
I’d recommend going on a day it’s not likely to be busy that way you get warm food and adequate service.

Ellen was an amazing server. Food was great, tried the millon dollar bacon which was amazing and double bacon parmesean hash was FIRE!!! A little bit of a wait to get seated but it was totally worth it. Definitely coming back

I went as a group of 3 on Saturday for brunch. It was pretty busy so we got put on the waitlist. We were told it would be a 15-20 min wait and we’re seated within 8 min. Inviting and fast paced atmosphere. Our waitress was great. Drinks and food came out in a timely manner. I got the 1/2 club sandwich with 1/2 Cobb salad. Both portions were big and both were delicious. My bf got the chimmichuri steak with potatoes and eggs which was amazing. I look forward to going back and trying other options from the menu.

This was our first time here and it was FANTASTIC! The vibe inside is really nice and relaxing. The food was beyond great! So fresh and filled with flavor. I feel energized. And our doll of a server Alexa was sweet as can be and took great care of us! We can’t wait to come back!

Loved breakfast, I got the Ham & Guyere omelet with potatoes – best breakfast I’ve had in a while. I tried the lemon ricotta pancake as well, it was fantastic and fluffy. Looking forward to going there again soon!
