WOW, this place caught my attention from the road. I was originally heading to a breakfast/lunch restaurant that I know is good. Then this place caught my eye. I turned around and decided to try it. From the moment I walked in there was a hostess ready to seat me. The interior of the restaurant is welcoming and beautiful. They did a great job decorating b it. My server was quick to greet me and when I ordered coffee, I gor my own carafe. I also got my own carafe of water too. That was nice. I did not have to worry about asking her for refills. The menu had the traditional items, but also lots of unique items. I had to immediately send a text to my friends and family to look up the website here because I was so impressed. My food was delicious and a lot. They really seemed to be great at the details. Whether it was the salt and pepper shakers that you could get fresh cracked, or the organic sugar and ketchup. My breakfast was delicious. There was so much food. The prices were fantastic too. Before tip it was under $20. I spent that much at a fast food restaurant and got half the food. I think this place rocks and I can’t wait to bring friends and family here. I feel like I found a real gem.

I was really excited to try this place, but overall it was average at higher than average prices. The morning mediation juice was my favorite part of the meal. Everyone in the party thought it was just ok. Million dollar bacon: just ok, million dollar potatoes: very good, farm stand tacos: bland, Eggs Benedict: average. The staff was polite but not super friendly or helpful. I feel like you can find the same or better food for better pricing elsewhere.

There was only a 15 minute wait on a Sunday afternoon, even though the parking lot was full! The food was amazing. I had the seasonal French toast and it was perfect. Not too sweet and topped with crisp strawberries. Henna was an amazing server. She answered all our questions and not only kind, but gave us great suggestions as well! The wait for the food was shorter than the wait for the table. We will definitely be back!

Great food! We were there on a Sunday, they were very busy. Eggs were cooked wrong. One of us received eggs that were more like hard boiled on their Benedict. Mine were over easy instead of over medium. The owner/manager promptly handled. Will definitely be back! Service and staff was great! All of our food was delicious (even with the minor hiccup).
Pictured item side of Million Dollar Potatoes (so good) egg and toast. Drink is called The Meditation.

Usually don’t give five stars but this place had excellent food. We went around 11:00 and the place was pretty full but we didn’t have to wait more than 2 minutes for a table. The pumpkin spice donut holes were delicious. Both of our entrees were super yummy and a good portion size. Only sad thing was they didn’t have plain mustard. You think a place that serves burgers would have plain mustard. Anyway would definitely go back here again as the food was amazing.

Everything went amazing for a first visit. I had a friend from Idaho falls come with me and my son, and we all had a splendid time. Donelus(sp) was our server. Sorry I didn’t pay so wasn’t sure how to spell her name, but she was friendly and attentive. Got my son a cocoa refill without having to ask, she just knew it had cooled down amd he wasn’t enjoying it as much. I had a chickichanga and that was something else! I loved the little bit of spice it offered and that it was loaded with goodness. I wouldn’t change a thing about it, maybe just the attire that the staff is required to wear. I think it would feel more homely if everyone were free to wear a shirt they felt suited the place. The black low cut T shirt is sometimes more revealing than I think is necessary. Thats just my 2 cents.

It was my first time visiting First Watch, but my wife has been there a few times before and wanted me to finally try it with her.

I ordered the Chile Chorizo Omelet, and honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. It wasn’t bad, but it definitely missed the mark. The chorizo was barely there, and that’s what should have brought the dish to life. Without it, the eggs ended up tasting pretty plain. I had to mix everything together just to pull some flavor out of it, and even then it felt more like scrambled eggs with pico on top than a real chorizo omelet. The potatoes had good seasoning and flavor, but the larger chunks were undercooked and a little too firm in the middle. The toast was fine, but overall the dish was just okay.

My wife ordered the Healthy Turkey Omelet, and she really enjoyed it. She said the turkey had a light sweetness that paired nicely with the spinach, tomato, and feta. Every bite had a bit of that feta flavor, and she liked that it felt filling but still light. It was a dish she said she would definitely order again.

We finished with the Cheesecake Holey Donuts, and those were a hit. You really can’t mess up sweets like that. They were warm, soft, and just plain yummy. It was the perfect way to end the meal.

Overall, the food was hit or miss for me, but it still had its highlights.

Doneisha and Courtney have a can do positive attitude. She has a welcoming conversation and was excited to welcome me in for my first time. She told me a little about how to get the trifecta and get a little of everything so I did. She remained positive throughout the whole experience. As you know me service is everything for me. be

This is the first time at this location, and it was pretty good. Doesn’t compare to the one we went to in Gilbert Az, but that’s to be expected. Food is WAY more bland in idaho (shocker lol) but this was good all things considered.
We got the steak chimichurri (special menu) and the farmhouse skillet hash. The chimi was pretty scant on steak -_- and there were waaaay too many potatoes in the hash vs eggs and meat.
otherwise it was good. worth a second visit. 🙂
