We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Fantastic brunch spot! The food was on point, the vibe was relaxed, and even though there was a little hiccup with one of our orders, it honestly still ended on a really positive note.
The AGM Miguel stepped in. He was proactive, super helpful, and handled everything with that perfect mix of professionalism and easygoing conversation. You don’t see that combination often; he has notable experience and a skill set that will keep Sienna First Watch running smoothly without ever making guests feel rushed or brushed off.
More businesses need leadership quality like his. It makes the whole experience feel elevated. My husband and I will definitely be back.

I was next in line and then someone stood next to me as well. I believe they just finished eating. As I approached the counter to order my to go order right in the middle of it the waiter STOPS ASSISTING ME to closed them out. While in the middle of taking my darn order. I feel like that was unprofessional. Then when he handled me my items did not ask if I needed anything else and I did. Before I could check to see he walked away. I had a waffle and he Only PLACED ONE SYRUP IN THE BAG. Also, I told him that I wanted to substitute the mixed berries for strawberries he made it in addition to. Waffle was decent and the sausages were hmm ok Strawberries didn’t taste like they were FRESH. Another thing they gave me the bottom of the barrel.

Erynn was our server today and she was amazing. Super sweet, she helped me decide on what I wanted to order. She even looked up the pictures and showed me pictures of the options I was debating on. We had a great time, great service and great food. The general manager came to check in on our experience. The food was really good. They have a menu for the fall that is full of delicious mew options. Highly recommend first watch. Loved the aesthetics of the place very farmhouse rustic yet modern. Loved everything about our visit! 🙂

Every time my husband and I, and sometimes guests, enter First Watch Sienna in Missouri City, TX, we are greeted with smiles and hugs. The food is always so fresh and delicious. The staff is very hard-working and supportive of each other. Lauryn West is always very professional, attentive and helpful with our meal selections. Lauryn is very personable and a great influencer for trying new menu items. The General Manager, Miguel, greeted and thanked us for our military service. We thanked him for his support and the impeccable service we always receive. We love and appreciate them all.

We had a great experience at First Watch thanks to our server, Mary Katherine. From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out exactly right. Drinks were always refilled, food was fresh and timely, and we never felt rushed or forgotten.
What really stood out was how well she took care of our dog Dallas too — making sure she was comfortable and included, which meant a lot to us. That extra level of attention and kindness doesn’t go unnoticed.
Excellent service, great attitude, and a big reason we’ll definitely be back. ☀️

Surprisingly good frittata! And I’m picky. The donut holes are delicious! Pineapple express was sweet but good. Coffee as basic but good. Sat outside because inside is very loud. I would come again! Kennedy our waitress was very friendly and inviting.

Went to First Watch yesterday with my husband and we sat on the patio. It was very comfortable, several fans were oscillating, so there was a nice breeze the entire time. My husband ordered the Morning Meditation Juice, which was light and refreshing. I had the Traditional Breakfast, and he ordered the Tri-Fecta with a waffle instead of pancakes, as recommended by the waiter. Perfect choice…the waffle was excellent. Overall, the food was great, service was good, and it made for a very nice dining experience. The only downside was one of the waiters who kept checking on and kissing his girlfriend seated on the patio. Every few minutes he’d come out to the patio to see her, which was distracting. Even she told him to stop and focus on his job, but he couldn’t seem to. I felt bad for the tables he was supposed to be waiting on, since he was clearly paying more attention to her than anything or anyone else. Thankfully, he wasn’t our waiter…so our server was attentive and dining experience was good, but it did feel like an unnecessary “live kiss cam” throughout our meal.

UPDATE: On a busy Saturday, months later, we got Nardo again and just like the last time he gave us excellent service! My husband made a mistake with his order and Nardo happily made his order right without a blink. The chef also came out to make sure that the dish was up to my husband’s expectations. Wow! Y’all stop by, everyone is great and the service has always been 5 stars.
Our favorite go-to spot for breakfast! The service is fantastic, food is great, ambiance is nice. Every server we’ve had has been super friendly and attentive. We had Silnardo today, he was cheerful and treated us with great service.
