First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Opening day- they managed the crowd impeccably! The food is 10/10 amazing- there is literally something for anyone. They use very high quality, fresh, natural ingredients. We spent about $20 per person. There are definitely menu choices for less, but we wanted to try a variety of options…you could easily spend $20-30 per person but you could also spend $15 per person, depending on what you get. There are also many side side options from $2.99+. Our table ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, blueberry pancakes, million dollar bacon, seasoned potatoes, chickichanga (whipped eggs, spicy chicken, avocado, cheese etc), grits and sausage. (They have turkey sausage and even chicken sausage for those of us who don’t care for pork sausage!) We’d have to go again 20 times to sample the entire menu- it’s VAST but everything is delicious and on point! The staff- everyone from the hostess to the waitress, manager, and table cleanup crew- gave the most friendly service I’ve had in Texarkana in a very long time. I wish I had remembered to get our waitress’s name, because she was phenomenal and Karen, the manager, was incredibly nice and welcoming. We’ll be back- my husband found his new favorite restaurant lol. He’s a breakfast connoisseur and 10/10 approves!

My first experience here at First Watch was Great! My husband and I enjoyed the food the atmosphere was lovely and our waitress Ebony went above and beyond to make sure that we had a great experience.

Dragged my wife along for breakfast on opening day. My wife doesn’t really go in for breakfast, usually. She took one bite of her meal, looked up at me with newfound appreciation sparkling in her eyes, and simply said, “I get it.”

I had the biscuits & turkey gravy. Was a little skeptical about the turkey gravy but it was delicious. Couldn’t tell it was turkey. The service was great for such a crazy busy morning.

So excited about First Watch Restaurants in Texarkana!
First of all – the decor is amazing. Think… modern farmhouse with lots of tile, cool lighting and huge windows. I wish I had gotten pictures but it’s gorgeous, clean, bright and airy. **We are patio people and can’t wait to sit outside next time.
Second all – the food was amazing. 10/10 presentation, taste, and portions! We all left stuffed and with a list of things we want to try next. I hadn’t had their Chickichanga in years and I forgot just how good it was
Lastly but most importantly – the service was amazing. Top notch attention to detail and extremely friendly staff — we were so pleased with the service!
If today was any indication, this location will do really well for a very long time. Looking forward to continuing to visit and support our friends at First Watch ❤️
