First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Went to First Watch for the first time in 7 years ago (I am not from Omaha) and they did not disappoint. We were seated within 15 minutes and our server, Alexis was very friendly and helpful. I was there with my father who is very health conscious and doesn’t like to eat out much but we were in the area and hungry so I knew this was the perfect place to take him. He loved it! We both had the Smoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetable Frittata. Their coffee was brewed just like we like it and loved their natural juice. Can’t wait to go back soon

Came to First Watch for breakfast and it did not disappoint. The waffle was perfectly crispy with just the right amount of sweetness, the bacon was cooked right, and the eggs were fluffy. Everything tasted fresh and came out hot. Great spot for a breakfast date—definitely coming back! Abby was great, will be coming back!

Amazing spot for delicious food and great atmosphere. Our server Jo was a gem! Our party had a wide variety of food including million dollar potatoes, french toast, lemon curd pancakes, tangerine dream, purple haze, and traditional breakfast… everything was excellent.

Went out to each with my friends and there’s something for everyone here! I got a veggie burger, tea, and potatoes and it was a delicious brunch treat to eat outside! They do only have black and green tea for hot options.

This is truly an amazing gem. Don’t let the plaza fool you. The food is divine and fresh. Perfectly delicious .I had the chickichanga. Warm flour with chorizo and chicken,plus grilled onions with avocado. Just the right amount of spices. Fresh cranberry juice. If you haven’t dinned here your missing out. Staff are like family they treat you like that. So stop by.

First the good news. The restaurant was very clean. The staff was nice, even though there was a wait to take our order. The eggs were prepared perfectly. Now for the bad. They would be better served not to use goat cheese on the menu. The potatoes weren’t good and the worst I have had, including my 30 years in the military. We went there on a Saturday morning, it was very busy but we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very attentive and our food came out quickly. Even the kids loved the healthy choices! I personally love the quality ingredients, I would come back every chance I can!
