First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Service was attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere with ADA access. Food met and exceeded every expectation, Barbacoa breakfast tacos, and the Lavender Lemonade (purple haze) was so good I’m wondering if there’s a pitcher price… Highly recommend a visit here.

First time this location, long time First Watch customer. Party of 6, service great! ,3 orders of potatoes cold, turkey sausage gravy cold. Egg sandwich very good. Pancakes and waffles good, but cold. Avacado toast was good. Eggs bennidict not so much. Million dollar bacon not what it used to be. I’m sorry I brought my family here for their first time to 1st watch. Disappointed.

I’m a Louisianan by origin and select shrimp and grits frequently when I spy it on menus. I’ve partaken in Charleston; New Orleans; Kansas City; my place of residence, Fairway, KS; Savannah and Tybee Island in Georgia; and my place of origin, Baton Rouge. So, I consider myself an expert of sorts.
The version offered at the First Watch in Fairway had been on my bucket list for a while. I had been tipped to it a while back by another member of the wait staff who knew of my Bayou State roots. Today was the day I gave it a shot. I shouldn’t have waited so long. It is now in my pantheon of really good examples of this classic crustacean and hominy marriage. Fat and happy, I am.

This place was magical. If you are looking for a cute brunch place to eat at this is the one for you! The service was amazing! The food was delicious! The vibe was chill and clean. I have a good allergy and they worked extra to help out with those needs. Please go here you won’t be dissatisfied

I have been coming here for many years, and it is consistently a great breakfast/lunch restaurant. Even when they changed over to the farm to table like decor and menu, they still deliver consistently good traditional breakfast with some interesting seasonal twists. It can get busy on a Saturday and Sunday.

This was our first time visiting First Watch and it was great! I had the Avocado Toast and the hubby had the ham and gruyere omelette with fruit salad. Both were excellent. The food came out quickly, everything was very fresh, and the decor is rustic and cute, but the best part of this experience by far was the staff. Everyone is so friendly and warm, and Shirley and Taylor in particular are shining stars. We will definitely be back!

First Watch serves really good food, the lemon ricotta pancakes were delicious. Real maple syrup is available for purchase. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Atomosphere was relaxing. Note for those sensitive to sodium nitrate, all their meat is cured.
