We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. First time at this location and the review is not as good as all my visits to other locations.
First I was greeted by Seth with a big friendly smile. Randy was my server and he is a great server and very personable.
I ordered the Traditional Breakfast with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, fresh fruit and dry sourdough toast. The eggs arrived cool and dried out. I suspect they sat for awhile before being served. I know you guys can do better. The bacon arrived cool but it was crispy. The fresh fruit didn’t look or taste very fresh. Visually the spots and discoloration was unappealing. I tasted a couple pieces and the fruit was over ripe. I enjoyed the sourdough toast with jelly.
When I come back, please show me how great you guys really are.

I was strapped for time for a 8am meeting and I needed some where Semi-Healthy, clean and fast & saw this place.
Arrived at 0740 & was walking out at 0751. Meeting was only 2 min away.

My very first time here and I had breakfast. Amazing server named Karla. The million-dollar Bloody Mary was great and that million-dollar bacon is to die for!!!! Everything was delicious and I would definitely be back!

It was amazing. I have eaten there before, but has be a few years. The atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. We had a large gathering and they made amazing accommodations for group and so of us that are handicapped. Reasonable prices and the food will fill you up greatly. Would love to come back and visit again.

I had the most wonderful experience at First Watch today, thanks to our server, David. He is by far the best and he made our experience wonderful and awesome. The purple haze drink was remarkable in flavor and presentation
David went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and appreciated. In a world where great service can be hard to find, he truly stood out and turned a simple meal into a memorable one. First Watch is lucky to have him, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the way he made us feel.

First Watch in Kirkwood, Missouri, is a delightful restaurant that truly embodies the farm-to-table dining experience. I was on the lookout for a good breakfast place to eat and was concerned that many of the options were a little too heavy with oils and not particularly healthy. I was very pleasantly surprised to find First Watch.
During my recent visit, I enjoyed the vegetarian omelette, which was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly cooked, not oily at all, and had a wonderfully light feel.
One of the true stars of the meal was the multigrain bread. Although I don’t typically eat much bread, I found myself unable to resist it – it was spectacular! The freshness and flavor were evident in every bite.
The service at First Watch was also exceptional. The staff were super friendly and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
The ambiance was a modern farmhouse experience and was inviting.
Overall, First Watch offers a fantastic combination of fresh, high-quality food and outstanding service. It’s definitely a place I will be visiting again.
