We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Visited recently and must say very nice esthetics. Fresh juice bar options and more. I frequently eat out at many different breakfast joints, so I feel my opinion hold merit.
I order the same thing from every place as my base. Hash browns or cornbeef hash extra crispy. This place had neither. Not a deal breaker! Instead I ordered the diced potatoes extra crispy and they were good .
They didn’t have Rye bread which some places have stopped carrying. The sourdough was exceptional.
Then comes my omelet. I ordered a sausage omelet with no cheese. As I do at every breakfast joint. I did not receive a traditional omelet. Food was still good and I did eat it. I just felt it wasn’t what I ordered.
The images show the egg(paper thin) just folded over sausage slices. I have encountered this at other places and just asked if they could make a traditional omelet. I wasn’t offered that here. I was given a discount which I didn’t ask for or need. I would have rather been told we can make it for you how you like. Instead I was told we aim to please and I wasn’t very pleased.
Overall food was good and better than most.
My only disappointment was that I wasn’t offered to make it how I liked it.
I appreciate the discount but it was not necessary.
Please aim to please by making a guest an offer to fulfill a small request on a traditional omelet.
That would have made all the difference. That little difference would have made this a 5 star.

Good food. But forget about the food: EXCELLENT SERVICE! Our 2 waiters were SUPERB. Tania and Georgie are the BEST. I ordered the Morning meditation and it wasn’t made right. I was very upset and Georgie offered to make me another one himself. This is what customer service is all about: when something is wrong, an excellent waiter makes it RIGHT. The operation Manager Christine was nice and came over at the end to talk. Tania was pretty busy but managed to check on us. I recommend biscuit and gravy and the Avocado toast and the Kale Tonic. We will be back: great healthy alternative restaurant!❤️

Our first experience with First Watch was in Phoenix and we loved it. This location is just as amazing. The country modern decor gives it a clean, cozy vibe which we highly enjoy. The service was friendly and swift. I had the chickichanga and loved every bite. My wife had the farm skillet which she also greatly enjoyed. Will definitely be back!

We love First Watch. Food is always consistently delicious. More importantly, the service. Every time we come to this location, Jackie is our server (total coincidence). She’s a wonderful, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable ray of sunshine! Every server should be like her!!!
Today, I ordered the seasonal Double Bacon Parmesan Hash and a Cinnamon Chip Pancake. My husband had the Traditional and Pancake. Delicious!!! The Connamon Chip Pancake should be illegal it’s so good. And the coffee!!!! Wow!!!!!

First Watch never disappoints.
The food is always delicious, but some dishes truly stand out — the pancakes are extraordinary, the Million Dollar Bacon is a must-try for anyone visiting, and the Avocado Toast is incredibly tasty and highly recommended.
The service is just as impressive. Jackie took care of us this time and was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, always checking in on our table, and even brought us two cups for our coffee to go — such a thoughtful touch that really elevates the experience.

Lemon ricotta pancakes were so fluffy and protein packed! The Nutella cheesecake donuts were amazing too these were shared between my group. Amazing service! I would definitely go back ☺️
