Great place for breakfast or lunch. The food was very tasty. We had pancakes and biscuits and gravy. The portions were above average, and our server was very attentive and we never had to ask for anything. Top notch service! I would definitely recommend First Watch to my family and friends.

Breakfast here was a real treat. The space feels cozy and welcoming, ideal for a morning meal. The menu offers plenty of options, yet the Avocado toast stood out. The salmon tasted fresh with a strong, clean flavor, and the dish came together beautifully. A hot cup of coffee made the experience even better. A wonderful way to start the day.

I visited First Watch in Algonquin and ordered the Elevated Egg Sandwich, which was delicious and perfectly sized. I really appreciated that the portion felt balanced—just enough to satisfy without overdoing it. The potatoes were golden, seasoned beautifully, and honestly, I could’ve eaten a whole plate of them alone.
Despite being busy, we were seated surprisingly fast, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was the noise level—it was pretty loud, and it was hard to hear the waitress or even the people I was with at times. Still, the food and service made it worth it, and I’d definitely come back for another breakfast that tastes as good as it feels.

The only caveat is that the food was a bit heavy on the black pepper for my taste, and the potatoes were slightly over-charred. Other than that, its a very good restaurant with excellent coffe and a great family atmosphere

Went here for brunch with my sister and her partner. It was really crowded since it was lunch hours and on a Saturday. When we entered we were not greeted by the host, which was a little odd (she also seemed bothered by us when we asked how to pay by phone). That’s why I’m giving service a 3.5. She then walked to another host who took my name and number and we waited to be seated for 15 minutes. My sister and I first ordered the pumpkin spice donuts as an appetizer. I got The Works omelette and changed the regular potatoes for the Million Dollar ones and I got the Blazing Dragon for my drink. The omelette was good but I honestly would have preferred to try something else with less meats. The potatoes were amazing but I prefer them with less salt/seasoning. The pumpkin spice donuts were DELICIOUS. So soft and sweet and I loved the dips. Our server was very nice and the atmosphere is great although crowded. Overall food is 4/5 and atmosphere is 4/5.

One of the the most amazing, if not the most amazing, places I’ve ever had breakfast. Floridian French toast and million dollar bacon to die for. Highly recommend

The food was fine, I got the pancakes, which are very big. If you’re not planning to eat a lot, I wouldn’t recommend it. They have hot chocolate, which comes with whipped cream and chocolate sauce on top.

I had such a lovely breakfast here! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for starting the day. The menu has a great variety, but the star for me was the Smoked Salmon Benedict — absolutely delicious! The salmon was fresh and flavorful, the poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hollandaise sauce tied everything together beautifully. Paired with a good cup of coffee, it made for the perfect morning. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and will be coming back to!
