Location is good. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Decent amount of seats and booths. Our waitress was fairly new, so she forgot our water three times, but I understand. Coffee was delicious but really strong. I got a buzz from it, lol. I like how they give you the coffee pot thermal at the table so you can refill your own drink. I also like the glass that had our water in, which you can also pour your own water from at any time. I was glad I could substitute my potatoes for an arugula salad. I was hoping the omelet would be bigger, like a long rectangular shape, not a half circle, for $15.00. The toast was delicious. My friend got the skillet and asked for the whites to be done and extra crispy bacon, which both were not, unfortunately. But overall, I really appreciate this establishment and can’t wait to try other things on the menu. I truly believe we lack breakfast restaurants in Fort Wayne. This place serves breakfast all day long

I’ve been curious about First Watch, so decided to try it this morning. I was looking for some veggies, and something on the light side, so I decided to try the rustic frittata.
My first thought when it came was, “what happened to the stuff that’s supposed to be in this frittata?” The veggies were mixed in very unevenly and were pretty sparse. I thought I remembered that it had cheese, and find any until about halfway through the frittata. And then it was just a couple of bites.
The accompanying salad was good. Nothing special, but nothing wrong with it either.
I decided to try a blueberry muffin to go with my coffee. It was pretty good, But again nothing special.
Service was fine.
Overall, there are plenty of local options that are better, and cheaper, or just enough better that they are worth the money. This wasn’t, quite.

Love breakfast spots like this that offer a variety of classics as well as modern twists on breakfast meals! There are a handful of unique and season plates and drink items to choose from as well. Super fresh and super clean eats. Super impressed being my first visit!

We’ve been here a few times now and everytime is exceptional. The food is delicious, the waitstaff is friendly and helpful. It’s become our favorite breakfast/brunch place to go.

Is the food good? Sure! Is the atmosphere good? Of course! Is it overpriced? Most definitely. While First Watch is good, you are paying for the aesthetic and look. The food is good. But the value for money is not there. You can get more food (with the same quality) for less at other breakfast establishments close by. So while I see why it is popular, for the everyday person I would explore some other cheaper just as good options.

This was our first trip here. I have been itching to go here for breakfast, but usually hard to hit up with a five day work week. We were surprised coming in. It wasn’t as difficult to get a table for brunch. After being seated, they quickly took our order and sent it to the kitchen. I would say preparation time may be longer than the typical breakfast joints around here. I had the Floridian French toast, which looked exactly like the menu picture, which is great. It was spot on for taste and just the right amount of sweetness. My wife got the seasonal maple bacon and egg croissant sandwich, which was a bit on the sweeter side. The potatoes unfortunately were over salted and almost difficult to eat. Overall, I’ll have to give it another try to make up my mind whether I truly like it over the other breakfast options in Southwest Fort Wayne.

We had an outstanding experience at First Watch in Fort Wayne, Indiana. From the moment we walked in, Ashlynn went above and beyond, greeting us warmly, guiding us through the menu, and providing exceptional service from start to finish. The presentation of our food was beautiful, and every dish was absolutely delicious. The restaurant itself was spotless and inviting, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Because of Ashlynn’s incredible customer service and the overall quality, this will definitely be our go-to spot for breakfast.

The food was incredible. I had the “Chikichanga.” The good can very late compared to other First Watch expletives. The waitress was nice but also surprised we hadn’t been served. Other than that it was a good experience.

The food looked great, and tasted good. Though compared to most breakfast places it was on the more expensive side. Also they leave a coffee pot and water carafe at the table, so you pour your own refills.

Food was amazing (pictured- shrimp and grits and the biscuits and gravy) and Rosita was wonderful! The reason for the 4 on atmosphere is the air duct has condensation and drips on the customer seated by the kitchen. This also causes the floor to be wet, causing a safety issue for customers and the staff.
