First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Food was solid the seasonal bite was incredible! The pancakes were fluffy but the Lemon ricotta was a bit disappointing not enough ricotta or zest it tasted like lemon pudding. The water was tap water which also didn’t eat clean. But all in all it was solid the ambiance was wonderful and hospitality pleasant

I ordered the lemon ricotta pancakes, and they were absolutely amazing! It almost tasted like a lemon meringue cake and it’s definitely very filling. I had to take the rest home and I enjoyed every last bite! I’ve also tried the chimichurri steak and eggs hash on their menu, it’s so flavorful! The best part is they deliver through DoorDash too, and the takeout presentation is just as elegant.

This was a great spot for breakfast. Definitely a nice step up from a regular diner or traditional fast food place. The food was a little bit healthier. We enjoyed the oatmeal and the pancakes. The staff was very nice and attentive. Would definitely come here again.

Nice lil vibe. Me and my husband went for the first time today (on a Thursday). It wasn’t busy and our server was amazing with helping with the menu. I really liked the fresh juices… ( The tangerine dream and my husband’s morning meditation). I tried basic foods since this is my first visit. The food taste fresh (homemade). I had the Tri-Fecta (Waffle, turkey sausage links, and scrambled eggs) and million dollar potatoes. My husband really enjoyed the Smoked Salmon & Roasted Vegetables w/ Tomato Basil soup on the side. We’ll definitely be returning.

Visiting from out of town, its always a hit and miss with restaurants. However here at First Watch, it was 1/2 a block from our hotel. When we arrived, we were seated promptly, the place was clean, friendly, and cozy. Our server was quick and efficient. But the food though, I ordered the Barbacoa breakfast tacos and they were exquisite, actually they were fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. It came with 3 tacos and a side a black beans, and it was filling, fresh and lovely.

Absolutely amazing!! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the waitstaff is delightful, and the food is incredible! I had avocado toast and a side salad w/ lemon vinaigrette – so so so good! I can’t wait to come back! Thank you Kaite!!

Atmosphere and vibe is awesome. Food is fantastic and fresh authentic and creative The Greeter/Waitress Kailee is a spectacular specimen of professionalism.

This is probably I don’t know,.maybe my fifth review I can’t say enough about First Watch on N. Illinois. I’m a frequent visitor to Indy, FW is always on my must visit list. Another great meal this morning, with warm, friendly service (thanks Lacey!). I couldn’t believe FW has 600+ locations as I’m always amazed at the warmth and engagement from the staff (vs most chains) Great job FW team!
