We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. This was our first visit to First Watch and will definitely not be the last! This was seriously some of the most flavorful food that we have had and ranks in my top five best breakfasts! I highly recommend the Chickichanga, but honestly everything at our table was great!
The staff was excellent as well and that makes the experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you Troy for your help guiding us through the menu and making for a great breakfast!

This chain continues to offer solid breakfast and lunch options and appears to have been less impacted by the pandemic aftermath. The food is served fairly quickly, even when busy, by friendly, professional staff. Prices are up but not by much with portions suffering no significant shrinkage. The only drawback is the overly busy and confusing menu with various options all over the place. A simplified menu will go a long way towards improving the overall experience.

We ordered several of the so-called signature dishes, but unfortunately, none of them tasted good. The server spilled coffee all over the outside of the cup while pouring it, which was disappointing.
As the place got busier on a weekend morning, the server suddenly brought two to-go boxes without us asking — it honestly felt like we were being told to leave. I’ve never experienced anything like that before.

Two stars because the food IS great, but the service isn’t unless you are ordering to go. I went here for breakfast and the place wasn’t even busy, but the waiter handed me my check when I was less than half done with my meal and didn’t provide any to go containers for the rest of my food/coffee. I got in line to pay, but was cut off by a guy who cut in front of me, and the cashier just checked him out and didn’t make him go to the back of the line. I paid and left, having barely been able to drink any coffee and with over half my meal on the table because I wasn’t going to try to carry a waffle and bacon out on a napkin or something since I wasn’t given to go containers with the check. I will never dine in here again, it’s not worth the price when I’ll barely get to eat before getting rushed out the door.

What I like, they have space! As corporate breakfast joints go, they do well. Stick to the standard and you’ll get what you expect. I was not disappointed, and they make lovely platting displays. I wasn’t wowed though and they made the mistake of putting out brisket and blindly platting a tough piece of meat with no flavor and not all the sauces and spices they threw at it could make it delicious.

always amazing!! the million dollar bacon is sooo good! i decided to switch it up this visit (i usually get eggs benedict) i got the side dish-million dollar potatoes (million dollar bacon, parmesan cream sauce and fresh herbs) and a side of 2 eggs scrambled with cheese. i ended up dumping the potato bowl on my plate and mixing it with my eggs!! i will get this next time too!! ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!

Although it was crowded, we were greeted and seated immediately. The place has a pleasant, homey feel—tables filled with happy faces. Great, but overpriced food, a sweet and attentive waitress, and the convenience of paying by phone at our table made for a pleasant visit.

We arrived before noontime to avoid the rush. Parking is limited! Food was delicious. Prices reasonable. Temperature was cold (especially near the door) and restroom needed refreshing. No mints at the counter. Not the restaurant it once was.
