I haven’t been to First Watch in a long time so was pleasantly surprised to find more of a gourmet menu with fantastic food quality, wonderful flavors, super fast service and food delivery nice and hot! Truly one of the most attentive and professional servers; Brooklyn. Great menu recommendations and kept my coffee topped off all morning.

2/1/2026 I just finished my breakfast here. Chefs Kiss !!! I had a seasonal menu option chimmichuri steak and eggs. Everything my party and I had was amazing!!! Our server, Stone ( love that name) was superb !!!! Definitely worth the wait.

The blte was delicious. Over easy eggs running down my hands. Crispy lettuce and bacon crunching to each bite. Fresh juicy tomatoes sliced perfectly. The hash on the side was soft and fluffy each bite. Overall, my go to for brunch.

Pleasant experience from the greeting at the door all thru the service and up to the end where I paid with my receipt. I was sat in a seat that accommodated my request, server was EXCELLENT, and the food/coffee was fresh!! Always the best toast in the city. Thank you First Watch Hyde Park Team!!

First watch is a chain that is pretty consistently a cut above the rest, though the food at this one wasn’t as good as some of the others I’ve been to.

Always busy and fairly consistent, would definitely recommend if you’re wanting breakfast and don’t want to gamble on quality.

Everything started fine, my food was ready, pick up was smooth. My problem is that while eating, I took a bite and felt something, a long piece of plastic wrapping was in the meat. (You can see bite mark on the plastic) I don’t understand how this is missed, I tried calling to discuss with the specific location but couldn’t get through.
