First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. 1st time ever going here and was pleasantly surprised. The mimosa was a fresh squeezed glass of orange juice and they provided the alcohol to add to your liking. Food was so gorgeously presented I did not want to eat it; but so glad I changed my mind. Everything that was in the dish I selected was very flavorful and complimented the other ingredients. Like a party in my mouth with every bite. Bathrooms were kept tidy with baby changers in women’s and men’s bathrooms. Our waitress Lyndsay was so fabulous. I do not have one single bad thing to say about this place except if you plan on getting what I pictured, better do so by May 2026 because it is a seasonal dish. Not sure if able to accommodate xl parties though. Can call to ask. Would recommend to any age group.

This was my first time here and the atmosphere here is great. The service is top notch. My fiancee had asked for toast and it wasn’t toasted enough. She said something about it and the waitress immediately corrected the problem. That is excellent service. And the food was very good as well. Delicious!!

Had breakfast here on 10.13.2025 and was served by Lisa. She was outstanding and her recommendation for the fall menu breakfast Croissant was perfect! Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Canton and I’ll Definitely stop here again the next time I’m in Ohio. BRAVO and THANK YOU Lisa!!!

I stopped in this Restaurant for a late morning breakfast. It was about a 5 minute wait for a table and boy am I glad I waited! The food was fantastic and the service was excellent as well! Highly recommend!!

Server was friendly and took very good care of us. Made sure we had a fresh pot of decaf coffee, which is some of the best decaf coffee. We got the Chickenchanga which has chorizo in it and the Inspired Italian omelet. Both were very delicious.
