First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. The food here is amazing. The dining room was packed for New Years Day, but the food came out hot and fresh with a very short wait. Highly recommend upgrading your side to the Million Dollar Potatoes!
Our server, Belle, did an excellent job and was very attentive throughout our experience. She checked in during our wait, after first bites, and when we were done with our meals. She was very polite and professional.
Very nice and friendly atmosphere in the restaurant. Beautiful Frankfort wall painting with horses and extremely comfortable chairs. Overall, our experience with the Frankfort First Watch was a 10/10 and we would highly recommend that you visit if you’re looking for a premium breakfast experience.

The service wait might be a bit long, but that’s the only drawback. The food here tastes so quintessentially American, it’s bliss. I had the sausage gravy and biscuits, but the other dishes we got were pretty good. Overall, if you don’t mind waiting a bit to eat, it’s well worth it. Price is good too (See below for food images)

Visited this place for the first time. I’ll say my Chile Chorizo omelette was delicious. I also had a Bloody Mary with million dollar bacon. Great combo. Great experience, id definitely go back.

AMAZING service, food and vibe! Janet our server and Jeff the manager are both off the charts! First time visiting a First Watch…. and it was sooo worth it! Thanks for the cookbook Jeff! Now I can recreate some of these delicious dishes at home that our local restaurant copies. They must have taken lots of pages from this book because the food is exact! This was our first visit to this location. The ladies that greeted us were friendly enough. Our server was outstanding. The food and overall experience was wonderful as expected. The coffee was so good, I purchased a bag on my way out. We will be back again soon.

It’s so exciting to have a First Watch in Frankfort! The new location looks fantastic – the outside is modern and fresh, and the inside feels warm and welcoming. They even have a really cool mural that says “Frankfort,” which is such a nice touch.
We stopped by for the ribbon-cutting ceremony and were blown away by how generous they were, donating $3,000 to Western Hills High School. The high school band played, and they sounded amazing – it was a great way to kick things off.
As for the food, it’s exactly what you’d hope for from First Watch – fresh and flavorful. My go-to dishes are the AM Superfoods Bowl and the Breakfast Tacos, and you’ve got to try the Kale Tonic – it’s so refreshing. The team was super friendly and made the whole experience even better.
This is such a great addition to Frankfort, and I can’t wait to stop by again!

My wife and I had a day off last Friday and went to the new First Watch to see if it will live up to the hype of the brand, and it safely does. Beautiful space. Kind staff. Short wait. Great tacos – though, just a bit crispy on the tortillas themselves.
We put them to the test and came back today — a Saturday morning 930am, the “Super Bowl” timeslot of the week for a breakfast restaurant. Still outstanding. Full marks for bright staff, and the short-term SoCal variant of the breakfast hash was excellent.

Tyler is phenomenal server!! We always get the Best food and always the best service, but when we have Tyler he goes above and beyond to take care of who ever I am with! Today was a large group of women from Graefenburg Baptist Church, and he is awesome with Large Groups too!! Highly recommend First Watch!

Loved our breakfast at First watch and the food is great but our server Tyler is what made the experience absolutely top notch! He is amazing! He’s polite and funny and has excellent customer service skills! I will definitely be back and I will ask for Tyler every single time. I truly wish every dining experience was like this one.
